Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: menyusun norma tes fisik pencak silat remaja kategori tanding. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet pencak silat remaja kategori tanding DIY yang berjumlah 42 atlet putra dan 46 atlet putri. Penyusunan norma menggunakan rumus norma 5 skala. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pearson correlation. Hasil penelitian berupa norma tes fisik pencak silat remaja kategori tanding yang terdiri dari 8 item tes, yaitu: fleksibilitas (sit and reach), kecepatan (sprint 30 meter), kekuatan lengan (push up 30 detik), kekuatan tungkai (wall sit test), kelincahan (side step), power tungkai (standing broad jump), daya tahan anaerobik (sprint 300 meter), dan daya tahan aerobik (multy fitness test). Tes dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dengan p < 0,05. This research used survey method. The sample in this research was 42 men and 46 women of Pencak Silat adolescent fighting category. Data analysis used Pearson correlation.The result of the research was the norm of pencak silat physical test for adolescent fighting category, it was consisting of 8 test items: flexibility (sit and reach), speed (30 meters sprint), arm strength (30 seconds push up), leg strength (wall sit test), agility (side step), leg power (standing broad jump), anaerobic endurance (300 meters sprint) and (8) aerobic endurance (multy fitness test). The test was valid and reliable with p < 0,05.
Fermentation is an important process in determining the quality of cocoa beans. Therefore, studies to determine the rate of fermentation of cocoa beans non-destructively and rapidly are needed. This study aimed to develop a robust model using Vis-NIR and PLS-DA to differentiate cocoa bean samples with different fermentation levels. The PLS-DA calibration and prediction classification model showed reliability (Rel) values above 75% and 73%. Accuracy (Acc) of calibration and prediction were higher than 90% and 87%, respectively. A reliable and robust model has been created, which allows determining the rate of fermentation of cocoa beans non-destructively and rapidly.
This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of Powerlifting and Weightlifting Development Program in Padepokan Gajah Lampung. The subjects were 30 persons, consisting of the management, the coaches, and athletes. The research used a CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that generally the evaluation of Powerlifting and Weightlifting Development Program in Padepokan Gajah Lampung was in good category, which described; (1) evaluation the context of development purpose had met the defined criteria, (2) input evaluation which consisted coaches, athlete and supporting facilities and infrastructure such as training qualification, had met the defined criteria standard although the exercise program was not written and reported, (3) evaluation process on the implementation of powerlifting and weightlifting program had run well. In the exercise implementation, there is a clear regular schedule of exercise, and follow the championship either in national or international level, and (4) product evaluation, generally performance, the achievement of weightlifters and powerlifters in Padepokan Gajah Lampung was excellent, which proven by the achievements achieved through national level, Asia and International.
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul tutorial pembelajaran pencak silat yang dapat digunakan guru SMK dalam mata pelajaran Penjasorkes. Penelitian ini melalui 9 tahapan dengan mengadaptasi penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan model Sugiyono. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMK 1 Ngunut Kabupaten Tulungagung. Instrumen berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian berupa modul tutorial pembelajaran pencak silat yang terdiri dari: (1) teknik dasar pukulan; (2) teknik dasar tendangan; dan (3) sikap pencak silat. Model disusun dalam bentuk buku panduan dengan judul “Modul Pembelajaran Pencak Silat untuk kelas XI SMA dan SMK”. Berdasarkan penilaian para ahli materi, ahli media dan guru, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan modul tutorial pembelajaran pencak silat untuk siswa SMK layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran pencak silat untuk siswa SMK. Tutorial module as learning media to pencak silat for vocational students AbstractThis research aimed to produce a tutorial module as learning media for pencak silat which can be used by vocational teachers in Physical Education. This study was a research and development conducted in 9 steps by adapting educational research and development according to Gall, Gall, & Borg’s model. The results of the research were a tutorial module as learning media for pencak silat consisting of: (1) basic blow technique; (2) basic kick technique; and (3) stance on pencak silat. Models arranged in a handbook entitled “Modul Pembelajaran Pencak Silat untuk kelas XI SMA dan SMK”. Based on the assessment of matter experts, media experts and teachers, it can be concluded that the development of tutorial module as learning media to pencak silat for vocational students is suitable for learning pencak silat for vocational students.
Management of physical test result for adolescent pencak silat category in the current state is done manually so that it is prone to make errors and takes a long time which causes the data processing of test results to be less effective and efficient. This study aims to determine the needs of trainers for software to managing the physical results of adolescent pencak silat fighting category. The research method used is descriptive. Subjects involved in this study amounted to 6 trainers with certified trainer criteria, had accompanied competing athletes and academics who possessed theoretical and practical pencak silat knowledge. Data collection using was a questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive statistics. The results of this study show that: the trainer had held physical exercises and physical tests for pencak silat. Physical tests conducted use the composition of adolescent pencak silat test match category. To run a simple test process, a physical pencak silat physical test guide is needed, together with norms for the assessment of test results. The results of physical tests that have been carried out are used to evaluate physical conditions and determine the training program. In order for the process of managing physical test results to be more effective and efficient, it is necessary to obtain the software for processing the results of adolescent pencak silat physical tests in match category. The conclusion of this research is there is a need of software for managing the physical test results of adolescent pencak silat in the fighting category.
This study aims to: determine the effectiveness of the use of physical test results processing software for martial art adolescents in the match category. This type of research uses the quasi-experiment method. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The effectiveness test involved 6 trainers and 88 martial art athletes. Data analysis for validity and reliability of physical test instruments using the Pearson correlation calculation, while the effectiveness test of the use of software using paired sample t-test, operated through SPSS 16. Tests were declared valid and reliable with p <0.05. The effectiveness of the instrument seen from the percentage of the coach’s assessment in the good and very good category. While the use of software was declared effective with p <0.05.
Sport is an activity that requires various aspects of support, with the habit that is often done. This study aims to produce a processing system for basic sports results or basic motor skills using a digital-based application for basic movement skills in sports. The research method used in this case is a research and development approach or method. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire given to respondents to obtain accurate data. While the data analysis used qualitative and quantitative data analysis to obtain valid and effective value data. The results in this study indicate that the data processing application system to determine the basic skills or basic abilities that were developed received a positive assessment from the trainer with very good and sufficient criteria. The average rating of very good is 37.5%, good is 50% and sufficient is as much as 12.5%. Furthermore, description by respondents shows that the data processing application system for the results of basic abilities or basic abilities is declared valid and can be used without revision and with revision. Based on the results of this study, it can be said that the developed system is valid and can be used to process basic motor skills possessed by athletes or students.
