Industry 4.0 is an integration between automation and manufacturing industry which requires the use of information technology to implement it. In the operational management framework, there is a supply chain management function that is strongly influenced by quality suppliers. Because choosing a quality new supplier is not an easy thing, we need a reliable application tool and utilizing web-based artificial intelligence technology for the selection of suppliers in the manufacturing industry. The selection of new suppliers is a complex problem because it involves multiple criteria, therefore it is necessary to make a decision support system that is able to complete supplier selection properly. Although the selection of suppliers in the manufacturing industry is not new, in the era of Industry 4.0, a decision support system that is used to choose an absolute supplier based online that must be accessible via the web or mobile application. Therefore the writer's idea in this paper is very relevant to be implemented in the manufacturing industry in all fields in the industrial era 4.0.
Climate change is one of the factors that affect crop production, so it is necessary to implement strategies and technologies to maintain the availability of cereal crops in Indonesia. It is necessary to prepare the land for the early planting process and monitoring plant growth in order to produce maximum crops. Utilization of the Internet of Things (IoT) can be used to monitor soil temperature and pH in real time, so hope for the long term it can increase crop production. The purpose of this research is to make a prototype design system with Internet of Things (IoT) technology to obtain temperature and pH data. This tool will test the functional accuracy. This research for measuring the characteristics of land based on IOT uses a prototype method consisting of Communication, Quick Plan, Modelling Quick Design, Construction of prototype, and Development Delivery & Feedback. Assembling the Wemos microcontroller, D1 R1, Breadboard, DS18B20 temperature sensor, 4700 Ohm Resistor, soil pH sensor, and 16x2 I2C LCD and connected using jumper cables with application control will be implemented into Wemos D1 R1 using the C++ programming language using Arduino IDE. Testing of the tool is carried out to ensure that the sensor is functionally able to read the temperature and pH of the soil correctly. Testing used black box method and was implemented in 5 land axis points at Politeknik Negeri Jember. The results used tools and litmus paper showed the same value. The conclusion and benefit of detecting land characteristics using the Wemos microcontroller showed more detailed measurement results with numbers behind the comma and a tool accuration rate of 100%.
Limbah ampas apel yang dihasilkan oleh Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Cuka apel yang bernama UKM Gembira Desa Suwayuwo pada setiap proses pembuatan cuka apel selama satu minggu sebesar 30 kg dengan bahan baku 100 kg apel. Limbah ampas cuka apel ini dalam satu bulan mencapai 1,2 kuintal dan sampai saat ini limbah yang dihasilkan tersebut sebagaian digunakan untuk pakan ternak dan sebagian banyak yang dibuang. Limbah ampas apel ini apabila dibiarkan dibuang, maka akan menimbulkan bau tidak sedap ke masyarakat dan bisa mengganggu ekositem dilingkungan sekitar. Selama ini limbah ampas apel belum termanfaatkan menjadi aneka produk makanan. Hal ini disebakan karena UKM Gembira dan masyarakat setempat yang berada dilingkungan UKM Gembira belum mengetahui dan memahami teknologi sederhana apa yang dapat diaplikasikan untuk memnfaatkan limbah ampas cuka apel tersebut. Metode yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi disertai materi pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan proses pembuatan cookies, cake dan stik mulai penanganan bahan baku, penggunaan alat-alat produksi, pencampuran bahan, pemasakan sampai pengemasan. Hasil secara keseluruahan hampir 80% (20 orang) mitra kerja dapat membuatdiversifikasi produk ampas cuka apel.Kata kunci : Ampas cuka apel, cookies, cake, stik
Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sidoarjo, pertumbuhan penduduk Sidoarjo pada tahun 2018 mencapai 2,2 juta jiwa yang artinya meningkat sebesar 1,62 persen dari tahun sebelumnya. Dari sisi jumlah penduduk, menempati urutan 4 se Jawa Timur setelah Surabaya, Malang, dan jember. Dengan pertumbuhan penduduk yang meningkat maka tidak menutup kemungkinan meningkatnya alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi pemukiman. Oleh karena itu, budidaya pakcoy dan lobster menggunakan sistem aquaponic dapat menjadi solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Sistem aquaponic dapat memadukan budidaya pakcoy dan lobster dalam satu wadah yang menghasilkan tumbuhan lebih baik dibanding dengan cara konvensional karena feses dan sisa pakan ikan memenuhi untuk nutrisi serta ketersediaan air. Untuk menunjang keberhasilan budidaya pakcoy dan lobster perlu memperhatikan beberapa aspek seperti intensitas air, kekeruhan air, suhu, kadar pH, dan pemberian pakan yang teratur. Jika aspek-aspek tersebut tidak diperhatikan maka lobster bisa mati dan pakcoy tidak mendapatkan nutrisi yang cukup. Oleh karena itu, teknologi yang diciptakan dengan banyak inovasi terbaru dan canggih diharapkan dapat membantu memonitoring dan mengontol alur sistem kolam.
Supplier selection is a complex problem in the current Industry 4.0 era. The large number of suppliers with different performance qualities makes it difficult for the company's internal parties to choose the appropriate supplier. The suitability of quality suppliers needed to supply raw materials needed by the industry is an important matter to be resolved. In the hand tractor assembly industry, this small and medium industry is also very dependent on the availability of supply materials, and of course it also depends on the selection of the supplier itself. In this study, the object of research is the 151 hand tractor assembly manufacturing industry using 10 main criteria for selecting suppliers. Each criterion has a weight that is calculated using the Fuzzy AHP method so as to obtain alternative supplier results that are displayed in order. A supplier is a company or individual that provides the raw materials needed by the company and its competitors to produce certain goods. In this study, a decision support system for supplier selection at the company has been developed using the AHP fuzzy method. The results of this study are expected to help companies in selecting suppliers that match the predetermined criteria. In building a decision support system that provides supplier recommendations, the authors apply the AHP fuzzy method in the process. With the Supplier Selection Decision Support System Using the AHP Fuzzy Method, it can help companies in selecting suppliers. Based on the research that has been done, suggestions can be made for a Decision Support System for Supplier Selection Using the Fuzzy AHP Method so that in the future it can facilitate the use of a more dynamic system
Teknologi di bidang industri pertanian dan perkebunan belum banyak dikembangkan, sehingga masih banyak petani yang melakukan penyiraman tanaman anggur dengan menggunakan cara manual. Penyiraman yang masih menggunakan cara konvensional memiliki kekurangan, seperti waktu dan tenaga yang banyak dan berulangnya pekerjaan dapat menimbulkan rasa jenuh. Untuk memaksimalkan hasil yang didapat, dibutuhkan teknologi yang dapat membantu petani dalam menyirami tanaman secara efisien dan tentunya efisien. Dari permasalahan diatas, penelitian ini ingin membuat alat agar dapat memudahkan petani dalam melakukan penyiraman tanaman anggur agar tidak membutuhkan banyakdan tenaga yang memakan waktu lama. Dengan hadirnya desain penyiraman diharapkan memudahkan petani dalam melakukan penyiraman tanaman anggur dengan efisiensi tinggi. Alat ini berguna untuk mendeteksi kelembapan dan suhu yang ada di dalam Greenhouse. Saat alat ini bekerja maka sensor akan otomatis mendeteksi kelembapan dan suhu yang berada di dalam Greenhouse tersebut, jika suhu kurang dari 23°C maka penyiraman akan otomatis aktif untuk meningkatkan suhu di dalam Greenhouse, sedangkan sudah mencapai 32°C maka penyiraman akan dilakukan secara otomatis . otomatis. akan otomatis berhenti.
