Kurzfassung
Die Kollaboration von Mensch und Roboter wird oft als Lösung gegenwärtiger Herausforderungen produzierender Unternehmen präsentiert, doch ist der realisierte Anteil solcher Systeme bis dato gering. Die im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts SafeMate durchgeführte Studie liefert neue Erkenntnisse über die Motive von Führungskräften in produzierenden Unternehmen für den Einsatz kollaborativer Robotersysteme. Diese schreiben der Mensch-Roboter-Kollaboration (MRK) in großer Mehrheit ein hohes Potenzial zu, auch wenn sie sich in ihrer Motivationslage unterscheiden. Viele Führungskräfte erwarten von MRK-Anwendungen Vorteile. Deren Umsetzung erweist sich jedoch oftmals als schwierig. Dies liegt nicht zuletzt an der Akzeptanz der Mitarbeitenden, die zwar theoretisch als wichtig erachtet, praktisch hingegen im Implementierungsprozess selten ausreichend adressiert wird.
Kurzfassung
Studien zeigen, dass die Qualifikationsanforderungen an Mitarbeiter auf Grund der sich verändernden Arbeitswelt zukünftig ansteigen werden und somit eine deutliche Höherqualifizierung zwingend notwendig ist. Effiziente Wissensvermittlung wird zu einem wesentlichen Wettbewerbsfaktor und kann durch haptisches Lernen in Lernfabriken gefördert werden. Mit dem Fokus auf „Lean Thinking“ bietet die IFA Lernfabrik die Möglichkeit, mit Hilfe eines eigenen Schulungskonzeptes die Wichtigkeit einer durchgehenden Anwendung der Lean-Methoden im direkten sowie indirekten Bereich der Produktion zu verdeutlichen.
