The integration of the financial industry and financial technology (Fintech) plays a pivotal role in increasing financial services reach and inclusion for the large unbanked population in Indonesia. Fintech adoption optimization expands the financial access to formal financial institutions, especially to vulnerable groups such as the unbanked population who predominantly reside in rural areas far from formal financial institutions. Fintech is viewed as a game changer to bring finance to the unreached communities via information technology and digital financial landscape. In this causal research, data collection was done via online questionnaires to 485 Fintech users between December 2020 and April 2021. Data analysis and path modelling was performed using smartPLS 3.0 software. Result shows user innovativeness as a significant predictor, directly and indirectly affecting the adoption of Fintech in Indonesia, while user attitude found the most important factor towards Fintech adoption. Financial literacy is the least important variable to predict Fintech adoption, contrary to popular belief. This indicates that Fintech usage requires less financial literacy and is potential to reach unbanked population and those with low financial literacy. To make Fintech more inclusive, the government needs to accelerate improving Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure such as widening mobile broadband penetration and soft infrastructure by encouraging Fintech startup, allowing regulatory sandbox for startups, and driving financial institutions to innovate through Fintech to bring financial services to unbanked population.

The rapid evolution of technology and a large number of smartphone users are transforming the way the masses access financial services. Fintech companies consistently innovate in developing customized products and services for users and SMEs to increase financial access and inclusiveness to achieve the Indonesian national financial inclusion target of 90 percent by 2024. Access to digital financial products via Fintech contributes to greater financial inclusion for SMEs, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, which restricted economic activities. Using an extended TAM model, this study explores the driving factors of Fintech adoption for Indonesian SMEs during the COVID-19 outbreak. Data analysis of 415 respondents was conducted utilizing Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The findings confirm perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, government support, trust, and user innovativeness to have a direct positive effect on the intention of SMEs to adopt Fintech. The result also reveals that financial literacy indirectly correlates with Fintech adoption mediated by user innovativeness. This indicates that Fintech could contribute to bridging financial inclusion where SMEs with lower financial literacy can utilize financial products and services via Fintech. This is a positive contribution of Fintech for SMEs in developing economies. The present study suggests that policymakers could foster the expansion of Fintech business infrastructure to improve access to SME financial services.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of good corporate governance and leverage on firm value with profitability as moderating variable. The sample in this study is the company of the Consumer Goods sector that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The company samples that were successfully obtained and fulfilled the criteria were as many as 28 companies, where the research was carried out for 5 years since 2013-2017. The analysis technique used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that, (1) Good corporate governance represented by audit committees and independent comissioner, had a positive effect on firm value, (2) Leverage represented by DAR, negatively not affected firm value, (3) Profitability represented by ROA, had a positive effect on firm value, (4) Good corporate governance represented by audit committees and moderated by profitability proves that profitability is able to moderate GCG and has a positive effect on company value, (5) leverage represented by DAR and moderated by profitability proves that profitability is not able to moderate leverage and negative effect on company value.

Pemilihan Umum pada tahun 2014 ada dua Pemilu yakni Pemilu Legislatif pada bulan April 2014 dan Pemilu Presiden dan Wakil Presiden pada bulan Juli 2014. Fenomena yang terjadi pada Pemilu Presiden dan Wakil Presiden adalah menurunnya tingkat partisipasi masyarakat secara nasional.Yang menjadi hal menarik untuk diteliti di Kabupaten Murung Raya dan Kecamatan Murung khususnya adalah tingkat partisipasi masyarakat pada Pilpres 2014 sangat rendah dibawah rata-rata nasional. Di tingkat nasional rata-rata partisipasinya adalah 70 persen, sedangkan ditingkat Kabupaten Murung Raya adalah 57,48 persen serta di tingkat Kecamatan Murung adalah 61,65 persen.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengambil sampel lokasi di Kecamatan Murung Kabupaten Murung Raya. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah model Miles and Huberman.Berdasarkan hasil temuan di lapangan maka dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal sebagai berikut: 1). KPU Kabupaten Murung Raya telah menjalankan perannya dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik masyarakat di Kecamatan Murung Kabupaten Murung Raya. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan terlaksananya seluruh tahapan pada pelaksanaan Pemilu Presiden dan Wakil Presiden 2014. Tingkat partisipasi masyarakat tergolong turun/rendah dikarenakan faktor kepentingan masyarakat itu sendiri, bukan karena kurangnya informasi kepada masyarakat. Masyarakat lebih merasa berkepentingan untuk memilih pada saat Pemilihan Legislatif dan Pemilihan Bupati. 2). Yang menjadi faktor penghambat utama KPU Kabupaten Murung Raya dalam upaya meningkatkan partisipasi politik masyarakat pada Pemilu Presiden dan Wakil Presiden adalah faktor geografis, faktor demografis, faktor topografis, dan minimnya anggaran/dana operasional. Yang menjadi faktor pendukung utama bagi KPU Kabupaten Murung Raya adalah dukungan seluruh unsur pemerintah (kabupaten, kecamatan, desa) dan dukungan dari tokoh masyarakat (Tomas, Toga, Todat) untuk mendorong masyarakat agar tidak golput.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efek harga komoditas dunia terhadap indeks harga saham sektor pertambangan di Indonesia. Harga komoditas meliputi harga batubara dunia, timah, tembaga, minyak mentah, nikel, dan emas. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data bulanan yang diambil selama periode Januari 2010–Oktober 2020. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah VECM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga batubara dan harga tembaga memiliki hubungan kausalitas satu arah dengan indeks harga saham sektor pertambangan. Harga komoditas dunia tidak berpengaruh jangka pendek terhadap indeks harga saham sektor pertambangan. Harga komoditas dunia berpengaruh jangka panjang terhadap indeks harga saham sektor pertambangan, dengan harga minyak mentah dan tembaga berpengaruh positif terhadap indeks harga saham sektor pertambangan, dan harga emas, batubara, nikel, dan timah berdampak negatif pada indeks harga saham sektor pertambangan di Indonesia.

Fly ash is a system of dry ash handling system burning coal by b oiler before getting to the chimney so as not to pollute the environment (air). Abu will pass the E lecture Static Recipient ( ESP ) and be temporarily accommodated at hopper . Then the ash will be transferred through the pneumatic AV pump system to fly ash silo . Fly ash transfer system failure occurred due to disruption of the pneumatic control system pump pa da AV system. This is because of the dome valve insert seal on AV pump leak and control system pneumatic fault because of contaminated by fly ash dust . The working intensity of the AV pump system in operation creates friction between the dome valve and dome valve insert seal which can cause erosion and leak on the dome valve insert seal . Frequent leakage at dome valve insert seal , has an impact on the spare part control system pneumatic contaminated by fly ash dust which causes damage to pneumatic spare parts and the cessation of the transfer process of ash to fly ash silos.The research was conducted with the addition of protection to the system pneumatic control AV pump by installing a quick exhaust valve on the system pneumatic AV pump in fly ash system , so that dust does not enter the AV pump's pneumatic control system when a dome valve insert seal leaks .
