Abstrak:Salah satu mata pelajaran yang mengharuskan siswanya berinteraksi dengan komputer adalah mata pelajaran TIK (Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi). Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Darul Arqam memiliki lembaga yang mendukung terciptanya model pembelajaran berbasiskan teknologi atau dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Banyak cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga memperoleh hasil belajar yang memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal. Salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Virtual Learning Environment berbasis web atau lebih dikenal dengan e-Learning. Pada penelitian ini, penulis mengembangkan Model Pembelajaran e-Learning berbasis Moodle dan Facebook untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas IX Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Arqam pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research & Development. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa produk e-learning berbasis moodle yang dapat dilihat pada tautan di http://coderalliance.com/ elearning dengan prosentase rata-rata untuk kategori pengembangan perangkat lunak dan kategori inovasi pendidikan diperoleh sebanyak 93.33% berdasarkan validasi ahli. Lebih jauh lagi, prosentase rata-rata produk elearning untuk kategori pengembangan perangkat lunak pada laman http://apps.facebook.com/temanbelajar diperoleh sebanyak 90.42%. Untuk kategori inovasi pendidikan diperoleh prosentasi rata-rata sebanyak 92.22%. Secara keseluruhan, hasil belajar siswa setelah diimplementasikannya model pembelajaran e-learning berbasis moodle dan facebook mengalami peningkatan pada mata pelajaran TIK.Kata Kunci: e-learning, Moodle, Facebook, Hasil Pembelajaran, ICT Abstract:One of the courses that requires students to interact with computers is Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Islamic Junior Secondary School Darul Arqam owns the facilities that support the development of a technology-based learning model or by using the existing technology. Variety of methods can be applied to enhance the motivation of students learning process to achieve the learning outcomes that fulfil the minimum requierement of completion. Among those methods is using web-based Virtual Learning Environment approach as e-Learning. In this research, the researcher developed a Moodle- and Facebook-based e-Learning Model to determine the development of grade IX student’s learning outcomes of Islamic Junior Secondary School Darul Arqam for ICT subject lesson. The research method used was Research and Development. Based on the experts’ validation, the results of this study in the form of Moodle-based e-learning products in http://coderalliance.com/elearning reached the average percentage for software development and educational innovation category for 93.33%. Furthermore, the average percentage of e-learning products for software development category in http://apps.facebook.com/ temanbelajar is 90,42%. For the category of educational innovation, the average percentage is 92.22%. Overall, after the implementation of Moodle and Facebook-based e-learning, the student’s learning outcomes in ICT subject lesson had increased.Keywords: e-learning, Moodle, Facebook, Learning Outcomes, ICT
Environmental Awareness is a necessity for all age groups, including elementary school students. Proper understanding of ecological issues requires earlier initiation and introduction of students to local-based content. This paper aims to describe the need to integrate the environmental problems based on local wisdom within the elementary school curriculum. The authors seek to guide education planners in Indonesia on how to incorporate environmental issues based on local values or local content in specific subject content for proper awareness creation among the elementary school students. The target is to address gaps in the teaching of environmental education in primary schools across the archipelago. Elementary school students are the future citizens, whose understanding of how the environment works from a localized perspective will help bring about better future environmental management. The study used a survey method, applying two clusters of random sampling techniques. It was conducted in selected elementary schools around Bandung, the capital city of the West Java Province, Indonesia. To collect data, structured questionnaires were used to examine. Later, data was analyzed using simple statistical methods, drawing inferences and descriptive analytics. Conclusively, this study established that specific environmental education themes based on local values and local content need to be included in the elementary school curriculum for more clarity and understanding of topics. The suggested thematic topics should comprise of issues related to overcoming environmental pollution; preventing global warming; wise use of the environment flora and fauna, and appropriate values needed for ecological conservation and sustainability.
A Japanese method in teaching at classroom show good result by implementing Kamishibai. On the other hand, technology is inseparable from daily life. Computer-based learning media innovations are fast and diverse, ranging from 2D animation to 3D environments. The hologram is one example of 3D object visualization to deliver the learning material. Based on Kamishibai's opportunity and hologram multimedia utilization to enhance the environmental education teaching activity, research about the adaptation of 3D pyramid hologram for teaching environmental education in elementary school is proposed. Firstly, the kamishibai model for teaching environmental education from Japan is explored and modified to fit Indonesia's condition. The kamishibai and hologram multimedia utilization in teaching environmental education has been experimented with in class. The results of learning kamishibai and multimedia holograms show that students will improve their abilities in environmental problems. The students lead the literacy and caring attitudes were following their level of knowledge and skills as well as their attitudes about caring about disposing of garbage in its place, learning to clean sewerage at school, learning to farm in the yard of schools, and understand how plants exist in school gardens.
AbstrakSampah merupakan material sisa yang tidak di inginkan setelah berakhirnya suatu proses. Sampah didefinisikan oleh manusia menurut derajat keterpakaiannya, dalam proses-proses alam sebenarnya tidak ada konsep sampah, yang ada hanya produk-produk yang dihasilkan setelah dan selama proses alam tersebut berlangsung. Akan tetapi dalam kehidupan manusia didefinisikan konsep lingkungan maka sampah dapat dibagi menurut jenis-jenisnya. Sampah yang selama ini cenderung menjadi suatu yang dipersoalkan karena tidak adanya nilai guna didalamnya sehingga tidak heran jika saat ini kita sering menjumpai barang-barang bernilai ekonomi yang dibuat dari bahan olahan sampah. Bank sampah merupakan suatu lembaga yang berfungsi menampung sampah yang diberikan oleh masyarakat yang nantinya akan diolah kembali untuk dijadikan barang-barang yang memiliki nilai ekonomi kembali dimasyarakat, sebagai imbal baliknya sampah-sampah yang dikumpulkan masyarakat sangat membantu dalam program kebersihan lingkungan. Dengan adanya kepedulian dari tokoh masyarakat dalam melestarikan lingkungan melalui pengelolaan sampah, juga sebagai upaya mengurangi polusi sampah anorganik dan gulma yang berupa eceng gondok yang tumbuh di sekitar sungai Citarum ada juga sebagai upaya melatih hidup sehat dan bersih bagi masyarakat. Sehingga setiap sampah yang dihasilkan masyarakat setiap hari tidak terbuang percuma atau bahkan sampah yang tadinya menjadi hal yang sangat diabaikan nantinya akan menjadi barang yang diperebutkan karena memiliki nilai ekonomi setelah diolah sedemikian rupa menjadi berbagai jenis kerajinan tangan harga jualnya sangat tinggi. Waste is defined by humans according to degrees of exposure, in natural processes there is no concept of waste, only the products produced after and during the natural process take place. But because in human life defined the concept of the environment then the garbage can be divided by the types. Garbage which has tended to become an issue because there is no use value in it even tends to be interpreted as goods whose existence so do not be surprised if today we often encounter goods of economic value made from processed waste materials. Bank waste is an institution that serves to accommodate the waste provided by the community which will be processed back to be used goods that have economic value back in the community, in return the garbage collected by the community is very helpful in the program of environmental hygiene. With the awareness of community leaders in preserving the environment through waste management, as well as efforts to reduce the pollution of inorganic waste and weeds in the form of water hyacinth that grows around the river Citarum there is also an effort to train healthy and clean life for the community. So every garbage generated by the community every day is not wasted or even garbage that had become a very neglected thing will be a contested item because it has economic value after being processed in such a way to be various types of handicrafts selling price is very high.
