Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar o desenvolvimento de conceitos de produtos em inovação a partir da percepção dos artigos mais citados na base de dados Scopus, utilizando-se de uma revisão sistemática da literatura. Foram identificados modelos de inovação presentes nos artigos analisados; processos bem definidos e outros processos não claros ou sistematizados. Os processos de desenvolvimento de conceitos não são expostos de maneira clara na maioria dos artigos analisados, no entanto foi possível identificar atividades pertencentes a este processo, em diferentes abordagens, como em processos colaborativos entre empresa e fornecedores, sistemas orientados ao cliente, e aplicações de etnografia neste processo.PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Desenvolvimento de conceitos. RESUMOEste artigo tem como objetivo propor um método de Gestão do Conhecimento em documentos de projeto para adquirir e integrar dados, informações e conhecimento. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória, descritiva e propositiva realizada em documentos de diferentes projetos administrados pelo Laboratório de Transportes e Logística da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Brasil. O método abrange 22 fases e três portões para a análise da continuidade do processo de construção da base. Os resultados contribuem para a reutilização dos conhecimentos dos projetos através do entrelaçamento de dados, informações e conhecimento para facilitar o gerenciamento futuro e a aprendizagem coletiva. Finalmente, este artigo sugere o desenvolvimento de sistemas inteligentes para mapeamento de conhecimento de modo automatizado e dinâmico em documentos de projetos, bem como para seu compartilhamento eletrônico. Tais sistemas forneceriam pesquisas rápidas para apoiar a tomada de decisões e o aperfeiçoamento dos esforços gastos em projetos futuros através da reutilização de boas práticas e lições aprendidas.
