The purpose of this study was to identify the learning interest of elementary school students following online learning (blended learning) using the google classroom application. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive design. The population in this study were fifth grade students in the 2021/2022 academic year. Sampling by purposive sampling is class V which consists of 20 participants from a total population of 48 students. Data collection techniques using triangulation, namely the pretest, posttest, gain, N-gain instruments on cognitive learning outcomes equipped with interview and observation instruments to confirm student learning perceptions. The results showed that the average cognitive learning outcomes of elementary school students pretest was 66.42, posttest results averaged 78.25; the average gain is 11.83 while the N-gain is 0.57 with a percentage increase of 57% which indicates that the use of the application is quite effective in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of elementary school students. While the results of interviews and observations of students and teachers showed a positive response. Students' interest in learning increases with the variants of thematic learning offerings with the Google Classroom application. Meanwhile, the teachers showed a positive attitude that showed an openness to new approaches to learning using digital platforms, especially the Google Classroom learning application.

The review utilizes a regulating juridical way to deal with legitimate exploration, which incorporates investigations of lawful standards, overall sets of laws, and vertical and flat synchronization levels. Regulation No. 11 of 2020 and Unofficial law No. 6 of 2021 give nearby states position to give licenses to operate, which is in opposition to the soul of provincial independence, where territorial independence is one of the models for a majority rules government.

Blurred character can grow in the form of speaking correctly in applying the habit of exploring himself in language. Makkobar is one of the local wisdom in the people of South Tapanuli because in it there are elements of attitudes, emotions, habits and volition, basic behavior in communication, and self-conception. The character value in the attitude of infidelity is to instill the internalization of various virtues that it believes in and use as a basis for perspective, thinking, behave, and acting. Emotional character value in the spirit is to give enlightenment and refrain from moral principles in communication. The character value of habits and willingness in the spirit that is arousing curiosity and empowering to be able to socialize with the community. The basic behavioral character value in communicating is to provide opportunities to speak with the stages. The character value of self-conception in makkobar is to provide motivation and inspiration to the community.
The design of the development of learning methods involves the pattern of organizing elements or components in the curriculum. the development of learning materials listening to correlated core-based learning with the application of listening in action methods seen from two dimensions, namely horizontal and vertical dimensions. The horizontal dimension is related to the compilation of the scope of learning content. This spatial arrangement is often integrated with the learning and teaching process. The vertical dimension concerns the compilation of material sequences based on the order of difficulty. Arranged materials start from the easy ones, then go to the more difficult ones, or start with the basic ones followed by the continuation. This development describes in detail about the components that must be present in each listening learning material that can be used for the learning process. The design of the development of the listening learning material consists of several components, including the objectives of the curriculum, teaching materials or the material or content of the curriculum, teaching strategies or teaching methods, teaching media and teaching evaluation and improving teaching. These components are related to each other in the development of learning materials listening to correlated core-based learning by applying listening in action methods.
