Tailoring perineum is the effort to improve the function of the reproductive organs of women with rupture during childbirth. The use of anesthesia in suturing perineal laceration is dear mother's care. Practical experience in D-III of Midwifery, anesthetic administration before done throughout the midwife with the grounds for granting anesthesia can slow wound healing. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in wound healing post heating perineum between the mother given anesthesia before suturing the perineum with mothers who are not given anesthesia before suturing the perineum. This type of research is pre-experimentation, design research group intact comparison. research conducted on 1 October to 20 October 2015 in BPM "G" and BPM "Y" Lubuk Alung with a total sample of six people, the sampling technique accidental sampling. Data analysis was done by Independent T statistical test. The results showed long wound healing using anesthesia is 10 days while the healing of wounds that do not use anesthesia is 6 days. Bivariate analysis results can be concluded there is a difference in the rate of wound healing between the mother given anesthetic before action is taken by the mothers perineal suturing were not given anesthesia before action is taken perineal suturing with a P value of Value 0.013 (<0.05). Health workers must increase their skills and communication in case of normal delivery in order to rupture perineum reduced and teach patients how to wound care of perineal is good and right that wound healing is rapid and normal in hope of decreasing the risk of infection during childbirth.
Pada tahun 2013, di Indonesia jumlah penderita DBD yang dilaporkan sebanyak 112.511 kasus dengan jumlah kematian 871 orang (Incidence Rate / Angka kesakitan = 45,85 per 100.000 penduduk dan CFR / angka kematian = 0,77%). Kota Padang merupakan salah satu kota yang angka kejadian DBDnya tertinggi di Sumatera Barat. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya peningkatan kasus DBD, antara lain nyamuk sebagai vektor, faktor lingkungan, dan unsur iklim yang dapat ditinjau dari aspek temporal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor iklim dengan kejadian penyakit demam berdarah dengue berdasarkan pendekatan temporal di Kota Padang Tahun 2014-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan studi ekologi dengan jenis Times Series Study (Time Trend Study). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Padang pada bulan Mei - Juli tahun 2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penderita penyakit DBD yang berada di Kota Padang dan tercatat dalam register DBD Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padang tahun 2014-2017, yaitu berjumlah 3311 kasus. Seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Pengolahan data (procesing) dilakukan dengan menggunakan program komputer. Hasil penelitian didapatkan Secara spasial, angka Insidence DBD tertinggi terjadi di Kecamatan Bungus yaitu 169 per 100.000 penduduk pada tahun 2015, selanjutnya Kecamatan Kuranji. Sedangkan insidence DBD terendah juga terjadi di Kecamatan Bungus yaitu 16 per 100.000 penduduk pada tahun 2014. Secara temporal, Kasus DBD tertinggi di Kota Padang tahun 2014-2017 terjadi pada Bulan November tahun 2015 sebesar 200 kasus dan yang terendah terjadi pada Bulan April tahun 2017 sebesar 14 kasus. Rata-rata kejadian kasus DBD tertinggi terjadi pada Bulan Desember sebesar 124 kasus dan yang terendah terjadi pada Bulan April sebesar 27 kasus. Hubungan curah hujan dengan jumlah kasus DBD di Kota Padang tahun 2014 – 2017 menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat (r = 0,607), berpola positif, dan ada hubungan yang signifikan (p = 0,036). Secara umum, Kecamatan di Kota Padang tergolong daerah yang endemis DBD.Disarankan kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan peran serta di dalam pencegahan dan penanggulangan penyakit DBD seperti melakukan gerakan Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) dengan 3M Plus serta peningkatan health promotion seperti penyuluhan yang berkaitan dengan penyakit DBD kepada masyarakat oleh pihak atau instansi terkait terutama kepada Puskesmas yang tinggi Incidence DBD.
