Penglibatan aktiviti fizikal dan kecergasan fizikal merupakan komponen yang memainkan peranan yang penting dalam menjamin kesihatan pelajar. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tahap aktiviti fizikal dan kesihatan fizikal dalam kalangan murid perempuan kaum Iban di Sarawak. Sampel kajian adalah seramai 239 orang yang terdiri daripada murid perempuan yang berbangsa Iban di daerah Meradong, Sarawak. Instrumen kajian ini adalah Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) versi II. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kajian tinjauan silang-rentas dengan menggunakan borang soal selidik. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap penglibatan aktiviti fizikal keseluruhan murid perempuan adalah aktif iaitu 108 orang. Seramai 69 orang murid perempuan aktif dalam aktiviti fizikal rendah dan 82 orang murid perempuan aktif dalam aktiviti fizikal berintensiti sederhana. Tahap indeks jisim badan murid adalah dalam kategori normal iaitu 111 orang. Analisis kolerasi pearson menunjukkan bahawa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tahap aktiviti fizikal MPA (r=0.013; p > 0.05 = 0.756), VPA (r=-0.020; p > 0.05 = 0.759 dan TPA (r=0.013; p > 0.05 = 0.756) dengan (BMI) dalam kalangan murid Iban iaitu r = 0.025; p > 0.05 = 0.700. Hasil kajian menyimpulkan bahawa penglibatan aktiviti fizikal yang aktif dalam melakukan aktiviti fizikal namun tidak mempunyai perkaitan hubungan dengan BMI semasa pandemik.
