O presente trabajo y fruto de continuidad de reflejos iniciados no curso Maestrade los Estudios Fronterizos de la Universidad Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul con el apoyo del Laboratorio de Estudios Fronterizos / UFMS. Parte-da una premisa que es posible pensar en migrar en ese espacio dentro de una referencia legítima y discursiva.
