Este artigo tem por objetivo relatar a experiência da criação do jogo de tabuleiro InterRaps, sobre a Rede de Atenção Psicossocial, como estratégia de ensino interprofissional para estudantes de graduação da área da Saúde. A estratégia foi desenvolvida no contexto do Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho em Saúde realizado em uma universidade pública de Curitiba, PR, Brasil. O desenvolvimento compreendeu três etapas: definição da proposta; definição do desenho e da dinâmica; e criação do protótipo. No jogo de caráter educativo, os alunos resolvem estudos de caso e exercitam conhecimentos sobre os equipamentos da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial (Raps). Tal jogo relaciona teoria e prática, com questões baseadas na legislação vigente e casos que simulam a realidade, abordando os desafios encontrados pelos profissionais. O jogo InterRaps possui potencial para promover o ensino interprofissional e aprendizado colaborativo e despertar a reflexão acerca da temática.
Introdução: Historicamente, a formação de profissionais em saúde mental tem sido marcada pela influência positivista, tecnicista e médico centrada. Com intuito de romper com o ideal conservador do ensino surgiram as metodologias ativas, como os jogos, que relacionam teoria e prática e, por meio da ludicidade, despertam o interesse do estudante e estimulam a reflexão e problematização1. Dentre os diferentes tipos de jogos destaca-se os de tabuleiro, por ser uma estratégia de baixo custo, de fácil uso e com potencial de replicação. Objetivo: Apresentar a dinâmica do jogo de tabuleiro InterRAPS, como proposta de metodologia ativa para o ensino em saúde mental. Metodologia: A criação do jogo ocorreu durante o ano de 2019, no contexto das ações do Programa de Educação para o Trabalho em Saúde2 e envolveu, inicialmente, a vivência interprofissional dos estudantes nos equipamentos da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial (RAPS) de Curitiba, a identificação de cada dispositivo de saúde, dos profissionais atuantes e das relações entre os serviços da RAPS. Além disso, foram realizadas discussões sobre a teoria, e posteriormente, a definição da mecânica e a elaboração do protótipo do jogo. Resultados: O jogo, idealizado para ser utilizado em equipes interprofissionais, apresenta casos clínicos inspirados na realidade dos serviços de saúde mental, interligando até quatro equipamentos da RAPS. Ao percorrer o tabuleiro, encaminhando o usuário até o serviço da rede que mais atenderia sua necessidade no momento. Os jogadores são convidados a responder questões sobre o equipamento de saúde em foco. O caráter de sorte, elemento essencial da tecnologia de jogos, está presente no momento compra de cartas intituladas de sorte ou revés. Há também o personagem do moderador, que tem a função de fornecer um feedback sobre as questões respondidas, baseado numa cartilha de perguntas e respostas, e fomentar a discussão da temática entre os jogadores. A equipe vencedora é aquela que conseguir encaminhar o personagem de seu caso clínico à reabilitação primeiro. Considerações Finais: O jogo InterRAPS mostrou-se uma metodologia viável por ser de baixo custo, replicável e capaz de promover a aproximação dos jogadores da realidade dos serviços de saúde mental, o aprendizado colaborativo, a problematização e de modificar o ensino em saúde mental, corroborando com os princípios da Reforma Psiquiátrica.
