RESUMOA educação enfrenta desafios em seus níveis de ensino e modalidades. O Ensino Híbrido surge oferecendo uma personalização do ensino tradicional até então vigente, mesclando o que há de melhor no ensino tradicional aos novos métodos de ensino, utilizando as Tecnologias digitais de informação e comunicação (TDIC). Este estudo foi realizado com o objetivo de apresentar a prática da metodologia Híbrida no Brasil no contexto Universitário; definir conceitos, perspectivas de ensino e aprendizagem, os aspectos positivos e negativos dessa prática, e o papel do professor e aluno. Para isso, este estudo tem como referência a pesquisa qualitativa, sob a metodologia exploratória. Elencou-se a base de dados eletrônica Google Acadêmico e a literatura específica, vinculadas à palavra-chave "Ensino-híbrido" para a revisão bibliográfica. Foi possível concluir que a metodologia híbrida se apresenta como um método eficaz para o rompimento de práticas tradicionais em contextos de aprendizagem. Hybrid Teaching emerges offering a customization of the traditional teaching until then, merging the best in traditional teaching with new teaching methods, using the Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC). This study was carried out with the purpose of presenting the practice of Hybrid methodology in Brazil in the University context; define concepts, perspectives of teaching and learning, the positive and negative aspects of this practice, and the role of teacher and student. For this, this study has as reference the qualitative research, under the exploratory methodology. The electronic Google Academic database and the specific literature related to the keyword "Teaching-hybrid" for the bibliographic review were selected. It was possible to conclude that the hybrid methodology is presented as an effective method for breaking traditional practices in learning contexts.
