Este artigo tem como objetivo demonstrar a luta por uma cidadania sexual, através dos direitos de lésbicas, gays, bissexuais e transgêneros (LGBT). Parte-se dos estudos sobre cidadania e dos estudos sobre a construção social da sexualidade para buscar elementos para uma cidadania sexual em construção. A forma que a sexualidade é construída e que a cidadania é alcançada são os pontos em que o artigo transpassa os dois temas. As dificuldades encontradas na construção da identidade sexual, de aceitação do grupo LGBT na sociedade levam à reivindicação dos direitos de cidadania. Por fim, trata-se aqui dos direitos LGBT e da sua recepção e garantia pelo Direito Brasileiro.
O presente artigo científico propõe-se a estudar a função democrática do princípio do contraditório no âmbito do Processo Administrativo Disciplinar a partir dosensinamentos de Elio Fazzalari e de Jürgen Habermas. Para tanto, realiza-se uma breve análise da visão instrumentalista do processo, preocupada tão-só com os fins da tutela jurisdicional. Em seguida, a exposição do princípio do contraditório e sua função que se constrói com a inserção da noção fazzalarina, para ao final, demonstrar a confluência do contraditório em Fazzalari com a teoria discursiva de Habermas aplicada ao processo no paradigma do Estado Democrático de Direito. Utilizou-se, para o desenvolvimento desta presente pesquisa, o método indutivo, operacionalizado pelas técnicas de conceitos operacionais e da pesquisa bibliográfica.

Resumo: Este trabalho pretende analisar a relação entre a crise do Estado e o surgimento de poderes paralelos não regulados, com ênfase nos meios de comunicação de massas. Explicar--se-á o fenômeno de desintegração da opinião pública pelos meios de comunicação de massas. Será ressaltada a necessidade de regulamentação dos poderes midiáticos, em especial através de mecanismos que inibam a concentração proprietária dos meios de comunicação de massas e a sua relação com poderes econômicos e políticos. Concluir-se-á que o controle dos poderes midiáticos é meio hábil para reconstruir uma opinião pública legitimamente formada.

Poderes Selvagens.Abstract: This paper aims to analyse the link between the crisis of the State and the emergence of unregulated parallel powers, with emphasis on mass media. It will be explained the disintegration of public opinion by mass media. It will be shown the need for regulation of media power, particularly through mechanisms that inhibit the ownership concentration of mass media companies and its association with economic and political power. It will be proposed that the control of media power is a valid expedient to rearrange a legitimately formed public opinion.
Em nossa rotina diária, muitas vezes, não percebemos (estranhamos) a formação de arquiteturas hostis que foram constituindo-se ao longo dos anos nos espaços urbanos. Este trabalho propõe-se a analisar a arquitetura hostil a partir do conceito de poder simbólico de Bourdieu por meio de uma educação para a visão. Observamos o quanto esses recortes (representados pelas fotografias) podem exercer pressões de regulações de gênero bem como promover o combate às vítimas e não à causa dos problemas sociais – retira-se a possibilidade das pessoas de permanecerem em locais e ignora-se a necessidade de espaços de convivência ou, em maior medida, enfatiza-se as desigualdades sociais.
