In der bisherigen Forschung zu den Herausforderungen, die für die schulischen Protagonist*innen bestehen, wenn Digitalisierung und Inklusion in Schule implementiert werden sollen, fand eine Auseinandersetzung mit diesen beiden Querschnittsthemen der modernen Gesellschaft in eher getrennter Weise statt. Die Bestrebung, die Verzahnung von Inklusion und Digitalisierung voranzutreiben, zeigt sich im Forschungsfeld genauso zaghaft ausgebildet wie in der schulischen Praxis. Das interdisziplinäre Verbundprojekt „Digitalisierung und Inklusion – Grundsatzfragen und Gelingensbedingungen einer inklusiven digitalen Schul- und Unterrichtsentwicklung“ (kurz Dig*In) nähert sich der Frage nach den Gelingensbedingungen an, indem auf Grundlage der Exploration bestehender Forschungsansätze und auf Basis multidimensionaler empirischer Forschung Erkenntnisse für das schulpraktische Feld abgeleitet werden. In diesem Beitrag soll vor allem auf die Relevanz einer inklusiv-digitalen Schulkultur hingewiesen und damit in Verbindung stehende, ausgewählte Gelingensbedingungen benannt werden.
