The study aims to understand the relationship between maternity and the labor market from the perspective of a working mother. Thus, a qualitative questionnaire was used through an instant messaging application with a trainee from a federal educational institution that is the mother of three children and has her daily work routine reconciled with the care of the children. This study revealed that returning to work with young children who depended on it was one of the main difficulties, citing as the main problem that they were not being as well cared for and educated as they would care for or educate. It was quoted as interferences of the children have already needed to miss work because they get sick or need to go to the doctor, in these cases the bosses accept, but do not like. Therefore, the study points out that the relationship between motherhood and the labor market from the perspective of a working mother is, despite difficulties, possible, however, requires a dialogue between the worker and the institution and the understanding of the organization.
The present study aims to investigate the perspective of students in the business course on innovation and the use of new teaching technologies in undergraduate learning and empowerment for the labour market in a city in northeastern Brazil. The methodology study is qualitative, conducted through a questionnaire tech-nique with open questions with students from a higher education institution, graduates of the business course and others who have already completed and are looking for space in the labour market. The results obtained in the present study suggest a greater participation of the university in the articulation of its trained professionals with the local companies, serving as a support platform and in this way enabling some monitoring of these graduates at the entrance of the local market, through networks of contacts that bring together companies of recent graduates. The conclusion of the study is that there is a complex situation, that despite the difficulties imposed by the economic crisis and lack of local opportu-nities, the chance of getting a job is better for those who, in fact, absorb as much of the knowledge that the course offers and get their diploma.
The present study has the objective of analyzing the perception of the candidate approved in the contest of the military police on public safety management in new corrals RN. This is a qualitative study applied through an instant messaging application, with a subject who knows the area of public security. The study revealed that the Rio Grande do Norte state military police are scrapped, and for lack of investment in the last ten years in the area criminal organizations have grown rapidly in the state. Thus, the study concludes that the perception about the management of public security in the state RN, is a poor management and that the lack of investments in personnel and equipment that led to an increase in urban and rural violence.
