Tourism industry is a sustainable industry, which is supported by the attractiveness and tourist promotion. In Melikan village - Klaten district, there is a tourism industry that has a unique charm in the form of oblique rotation technique. It is also supported by another tourist attraction in the form of courses batik, tempeh, making rambak and traditional toys. In this place also provides facilities such as homestay. The promotion that has been done is through the web, leaflets / flyers and word of mouth. The purpose of this study was to determine the truth of whether there is influence of attraction and promotion of tourism to the satisfaction of visitors. This research method uses a quantitative approach, to know and see the relationship of the variables the study, namely variable attractiveness, promotion of tourism and visitor satisfaction. The research that has been done shows that the attractiveness of positive and significant impact on satisfaction. 84.84% agree. Tourism promotion also affect visitor satisfaction, ie with a percentage of 94.95% agree. While the appeal and promotional simultaneously has significant impact on visitor satisfaction. The second major influence of these variables was 68.8%. While the 31.2% is influenced by other factors, out of these two variables. Pengembangan destinasi wisata semakin hari semakin menarik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peluang dan tantangan pengembangan destinasi ekowisata Curug Gemawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan analisis data SWOT sebagai perumusan strategi berdasarkan hasil identifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal pada objek yang telah diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Curug Gemawang sangat berpeluang untuk dikembangkan menjadi destinasi ekowisata. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan analisis SWOT, disimpulkan bahwa analisis terhadap 13 (tiga belas) faktor internal, terdapat 12 (dua belas) faktor yang menjadi kekuatan yaitu keberadaan objek wisata yang memiliki ciri khas keunikan, akses yang mudah dijangkau, petunjuk arah yang memadai, lokasi yang aman, daya tarik, kebersihan, kenyamanan, fasilitas penunjang yang memadai, kepengelolaan, peran serta masyarakat, retribusi sebagai masukan keuangan, daya tarik atraksi wisatanya, dan daya dukung; 2) faktor yang masih lemah hanya di 1 (satu) faktor akomodasi penginapan yang belum tersedia di sekitar lokasi; 3) kemudian. Lalu untuk analisis faktor eksternal, terdapat 3 (tiga) faktor sebagai peluang. yakni pangsa pasar untuk semua umur, promosi yang sudah dilakukan, daya saing terhadap objek wisata lainnya, dan wisatawan; serta 4) adanya 2 (dua) faktor sebagai ancaman yaitu belum maksimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai sarana pengelolaan hingga promosi, selain itu belum adanya regulasi pengelolaan wisata yang paten. The development of tourist destinations is increasingly attractive. This article aims to examine the opportunities and challenges of developing Curug Gemawang ecotourism destinations. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data analysis using SWOT analysis as a strategy formulation based on the results of the identification of internal and external factors on the object that has been studied. The results of this study indicate that Curug Gemawang is very likely to be developed into an ecotourism destination. Based on the results of the analysis using SWOT analysis, it is concluded that: 1) analysis of 13 (thirteen) internal factors, there are 12 (twelve) factors that become strengths, namely the existence of tourist objects that have unique characteristics, easy access, good directions. adequate, safe location, attractiveness, cleanliness, comfort, adequate supporting facilities, management, community participation, retribution as financial input, attractiveness of tourist attractions, and carrying capacity; 2) factors that are still weak in only 1 (one) factor of lodging accommodation that is not yet available in the vicinity of the location; 3) then for the analysis of external factors, there are 3 (three) factors as opportunities, namely market share for all ages, promotions that have been carried out, competitiveness against other tourist objects, and tourists; and 4) there are 2 (two) factors as threats, namely the not yet maximal use of technology as a means of management to promotion, besides that there is no patent tourism management regulation.
The purpose of this study is to determine the development of agrotourism Kampoeng Kopi Banaran and to analyze employee performance in supporting the development of agrotourism in Kampoeng Kopi Banaran, in Semarang Regency. In particular the goal is to find out how management efforts in developing agrotourism Kampoeng Kopi Banaran, management of human resources, employee performance in supporting the development of agrotourism.The study is mixed methods using 56 respondents as samples. While data analysis in this research using multiple regression analysis using F test and t test. The results of the data analysis of socio-demographic explain that influence on the performance showed that age, gender, education, family status, employment status and work experience positively affect employee performance. While F-test states that jointly age, gender, education, family status, employment status and work experience affect the performance. t test in this research shows there is no significant influence of gender on the performance, no significant influence of the family status on the performance. The conclusions of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence of socio-demographic on emplyoee performance and there is a positive and significant influence between employee performance against agrotourism understanding in Kampoeng Kopi Banaran. In the current millennium and globalization era, the multimedia aspect has a very important role in the dissemination of all information and news through faster and more effective information technology. This is very important to learn, because every professional individual must be able to access all kinds of diverse programs in multimedia applications. This study uses qualitative research to understand the problems deeper. The purpose of this research is to find out the positive implications of multimedia in developing regional ecotourism, and to anticipate the negative implications of the multimedia in spreading false news. Spreading public lies can create serious problems for the community. This results in the emergence of contradictions, hostilities and legal problems that ads to crime. The role of multimedia is expected to be able to provide many benefits in the exchange of information, technology in aspects of life, culture, politics and social economy, especially for the development of ecotourism branding in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
