The implementation of learning strategies that have not been able to make students enthusiastic in participating in learning activities, is due to the lack of application of creative and innovative learning strategies. This study aims to analyze the strategies applied by religious teachers to students, to determine the effectiveness of the strategies involved in cultivating Islamic thought values at Elementary School. This type of research is descriptive research. The subject of this research is to analyze Islamic education strategies. Data collection was carried out by interview, using instruments in the form of interview guides. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the strategy of Islamic religious teachers in instilling the values of Islamic thought in students by implementing the K13 curriculum with the talking stick method and snowballing to create effective learning in order to achieve learning objectives by planning making annual programs, semester programs, learning syllabus, lesson plans, and learning evaluation. The implication of this research is to increase students' interest in learning by inviting students to be enthusiastic about learning, creating student creativity, sharing, and having the courage to convey ideas.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan manajemen bimbingan konseling diSMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis Deli Serdang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian,pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif denganpengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi.Instrumen penelitian adalah peneliti sendiri. Analisis data dilakukan melaluipengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun subjekdalam penelitian ini merupakan anggota struktural bimbingan konseling sekolah SMPNegeri 1 Batang Kuis Deli Serdang dan subjek pendukung Tiga orang guru wali kelasdan Enam orang siswa-siswi SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis Deli Serdang. Hasil penelitianmenunjukan bahwa perencanaan dimulai dengan penyusunan program layananbimbingan konseling yaitu RPP/RPL, program tahunan, semester, bulan, dan harian.Pengorganisasian bimbingan konseling di SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis Deli Serdang inimelibatkan semua pihak yaitu kepala sekolah, Pks kesiswaan, wali kelas, guru matapelajaran, dan siswa. Proses pengorganisasian meliputi penyusunan tugas, pembentukandan pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling ditentukan oleh koordinator dan guru bimbingankonseling. Pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling di SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis Deli Serdangdilakukan dengan mengacu pada program yang disusun pada awal tahun sertapemberian layanan dilakukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik yang semata-matadilakukan untuk membantu peserta didik. Pengawasan bimbingan konseling di SMPNegeri 1 Batang Kuis Deli Serdang dilakukan setiap hari dengan mengawasi setiapprogram yang dilaksanakan, kemudian dilakukan evaluasi setiap dua minggu sekaliuntuk mengetahui bagaimana efektifitas penyelenggaraan layanan bimbingan konselingyang telah dilaksanakan.
ABSTRAKMenurut catatan BNNK AKBP Drs. Joko Susilo Deli Serdang adalah daerah urutan ke-2 tingginya peredaran narkoba di wilayah Sumut. Menurut dia, diketahui bahwa dari tahun 2012, pengguna narkoba di Indonesia ada sekitar 4 juta orang atau sekitar 2,8 persen dari jumlah keseluruhan penduduk nasional, dimana 70 persen atau sekitar 2,8 juta orang merupakan pecandu dari kalangan pekerja. Sementara sekitar 25 persen atau sekitar 1 juta orang merupakan pecandu narkoba dari kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa, lima persennya atau sekitar 200 ribu orang merupakan penyalahgunaan narkoba dari kalangan ibu rumah tangga. Melihat dari hal tersebut perlu diadakan sebuah metode untuk membentengi remaja dari serangan narkoba, diantaranya adalah pembinaan remaja melalui malam ibadah untuk pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba di Desa Pematang Johar ABSTRACT According to the BNNK AKBP Drs. Joko Susilo Deli Serdang is the second highest area of drug trafficking in North Sumatra. According to him, it is known that from 2012, there are around 4 million drug users in Indonesia or around 2.8 percent of the total national population, of which 70 percent or around 2.8 million people are addicts from the workers. While around 25 percent or about 1 million people are drug addicts among students and students, five percent or around 200 thousand people are drug abuse among housewives.Seeing from this, a method is needed to fortify adolescents from drug attacks, including youth coaching through night of worship for drug abuse prevention in Pematang Johar Village
One way that can be done to restore economic conditions is by making improvements to the system and their application in concrete actions from existing and quality resources. This study aims to determine the contribution of the Islamic economy in the national economic recovery during the covid-19 pandemic. The method used to collect data were library data (with various materials as the basis), research tools in the from of literature, books, manuscripts, notes, history, and documents. The result of the study shows that the impact of the covid-19 pandemic has caused economic health crisis and even the implementation of social distancing has closed many business activities outside in inside the home, as well as termination of employment (PHK) making people’s lives more difficult besides needs must also be met. In difficult times like this, the role and contribution of the sharia economy is a solution and a definite answer is a solution and a definite answer in an increasingly chaotic economic recovery. If it is implemented and realized properly, the sharia economic system can certainly be able to lift, improve and restore the national economy.
Research Title: Differences in the Use of Jigsaw and Talking Stick Cooperative Learning Models on Archival Learning Outcomes of Class X OTKP Students at Budisatrya Private Vocational School in Medan for the 2021-2022 Academic Year. The purpose of the study was to determine the differences in the use of the Jigsaw Cooperative learning model with the Talking Stick on Archival learning outcomes. The research method uses Post-test Only Control Design. The population in the study were all students of class X OTKP SMKS Budisatrya Medan. The research sample is class X OTKP 1 and X OTKP 2 totaling 40 students. The research instrument used was interviews, tests, and documentation. The results obtained that the tcount value is greater than ttable, where tcount = 2.272 > ttable = 1.685. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Conclusion: there are differences in the use of the Jigsaw Cooperative learning model with the Talking Stick on student archive learning outcomes.
