Objetivo: Validar um instrumento de avaliação de competências, habilidades e atitudes de estudantes de enfermagem durante a prática de simulação realística em atendimento pré-hospitalar. Metodologia: Estudo metodológico realizado através do Método Delphi em uma Faculdade Particular do Recife no período de março a junho de 2019. Onze docentes participaram da validação de conteúdo utilizando a Escala de Likert, através da aplicação de um formulário auto-responsivo com 21 itens. A análise dos dados foi realizada através do Índice de Validação de Conteúdo e do Alpha de Cronbach. Resultados: A validação de conteúdo apresentou escores de 0,8 indicando alta validade do instrumento acerca das questões de simulação realística em atendimento pré-hospitalar. A confiabilidade do instrumento obteve valor de 0,79 avaliado como substancial, considerando a tabela de classificação de confiabilidade do alpha de Cronbach. Conclusão: Foi validado o produto técnico denominado “Formulário de avaliação de conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes em atendimento pré-hospitalar na Simulação Realística”, com 21 itens avaliados com Índices de Validade de Conteúdo e Cronbach satisfatórios.
Introdução: Os Serviços Residenciais Terapêuticos (SRTs) visam reduzir as internações em hospitais psiquiátricos, incentivar a autonomia, promover o resgate da cidadania e reinserir estes indivíduos na sociedade, através da reabilitação psicossocial, para tanto, integram a Política Nacional de Saúde Mental. Objetivo: Avaliar a importância da atuação da enfermagem nos serviços de residência terapêutica. Métodos: Revisão Integrativa da Literatura realizada no Banco de Dados em Enfermagem, na Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online e Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde. Após os cruzamentos dos descritores foram encontrados 109 artigos. Foram incluídos artigos publicados com recorte temporal dos últimos cinco anos, no idioma português, texto completo, disponível na integra e temática condizente com o objetivo da pesquisa. Foram excluídos artigos em duplicação nas bases de dados, os que não possuíram afinidade com o tema, texto incompleto e/ou indisponível. Dez artigos foram selecionados para a amostra. Resultados: Os achados reiteram a importância do processo de formação da identidade do enfermeiro como terapeuta em saúde mental e psiquiatria, quebrando paradigmas, construindo sujeitos mais independentes e consolidando novas práticas comprometidas com o rompimento das barreiras sociais, econômicas e políticas vigentes. Conclusão: O estudo demonstrou a importância do enfermeiro para o processo de implantação de Residências Terapêuticas, no que se refere ao enfrentamento de obstáculos para concretização de tal processo, tais como: resistência da sociedade estabelecida, processo de estigmatização, cronicidade dos usuários, articulação dos serviços em rede substitutiva de saúde mental, fechamento de instituição manicomial, recursos humanos para atuar nas Residências Terapêuticas, entre outros.
