This research was conducted to determine the ffict of adding hormone FSH and PMSG in yitro ooq)te maturation medium on maturation rate and hormone progeiterone. In this experiment, ooq)tgs derivedfrom ovaries of slaughtered cattle at the slaughterhouse. The Factor A culture (without cells and granulosa cellil, B fabtorhormones (PMSG andFSH).Variables measuredwerethenumber maturation andprogesterone hormone-levels in maturation medium by using RH techniques. The results shown, there is no interaction of hormone addition in granulosa cell numbers on maturationlevel and progesterone concentration in maturation medium. The highest maturation was obtained fiofi media with grdnulosa cells and FSH rif 7 I .25%, while the highest progesTerone obtainedfrom media with granulosa cells and PMSG I. 40 ng / ml.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
