Das Verfahren zur Synthese von Lecithinen und ihren Ätheranalogen, bei welchem Diacyl‐bzw. Di‐O‐alkyl‐diglyceride (1) mit β‐Bromäthyl‐phosphorsäuredichlorid bei Gegenwart von Triäthylamin umgesetzt werden und anschließend mit Trimethylamin ins Phosphorylcholin 4 übergeführt werden, wurde so abgewandelt, daß beliebige, auch kürzerkettige (bis C8), Lecithine und ihre Ätheranaloga analysenrein und dünnschichtchromatographisch einheitlich erhalten werden (s. Tab. 1).
Durch hydrogenolytische Abspaltung der Benzylgruppe aus acyl-bzw. alkylsubstituierten Glycerin-benzylather-( 1)-bzw. -(2)-phosphorsaure-(3)-cholinestern (10) wurden analysenreine und dunnschichtchromatographisch einheitliche Racemate von Ester-(Zab) und AtherLysolecithinen (Zc, 4) erhalten. Die Acylverbindungen erwiesen sich in bezug auf RF-Wert und Infrarotspektrum als identisch mit enzymatisch aus Lecithin ex ovo erhaltenem L-LYSOlecithin.Von den 6 moglichen isomeren Lysolecithinen 1-6 (3 Stellungsisomere und deren optische Antipoden; R = COC,H,,+ ,) war bis in die jiingste Zeit trotz zahlreicher Versuche kein Vertreter durch chemische Synthese zuganglich.
