A B S T R A C TThe largest losses in mechanical harvesting of peanuts occur during the stage of digging, and its assessment is still incipient in Brazil. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the quantitative losses and the performance of the tractor-digger-inverter, according to soil water content and plant populations. The experiment was conducted in a completely randomized block design with a factorial scheme 2 x 3, in which the treatments consisted of two soil, water content (19.3 and 24.8%) and three populations of plants (86,111, 127,603 and 141,144 plants ha -1 ), with four replications. The quantitative digging losses and the set mechanized performance were evaluated. The largest amount of visible and total losses was found in the population of 141.144 plants ha -1 for the 19.3% soil water content. The harvested material flow and the tractor-digger-inverter performance were not influenced by soil water content and plant population. The water content in the pods was higher in 24.8% soil water content only for the population of 86,111 plants ha -1 ; the yield was higher in the populations of 141.144 and 127.603 plants ha -1 , in the 19.3 e 24.8% soil water content, respectively.Arranquio mecanizado de amendoim associado à população de planta e ao teor de água do solo R E S U M O As maiores perdas na colheita mecanizada ocorrem na operação do arranquio sendo que sua avaliação ainda é incipiente no Brasil. Objetivou-se, portanto, neste trabalho, avaliar as perdas quantitativas e o desempenho do conjunto trator-arrancador-invertedor em função de teores de água do solo e populações de plantas. O experimento foi conduzido em delineamento experimental em blocos casualizados com esquema fatorial 2 x 3 em que os tratamentos foram constituídos de dois teores de água no solo (19,3 e 24,8%) e três populações de plantas (86.111, 127.603 e 141.144 plantas ha -1 ), com quatro repetições. Avaliaram-se as perdas quantitativas no arranquio e o desempenho do conjunto mecanizado. A maior quantidade de perdas visíveis e totais foi encontrada na população de 141.144 plantas ha -1 para o teor de água do solo de 19,3%. O fluxo de material colhido e o desempenho do conjunto trator-arrancador-invertedor não foram influenciados pelos teores de água do solo e populações de plantas. O teor de água das vagens foi maior no teor de água do solo de 24,8% somente para a população de 86.111 plantas ha -1 ; a produtividade foi maior nas populações de 141.144 e 127.603, nos teores de água de 19,3 e 24,8%, respectivamente.

Statistical process control in mechanized farming is a new way to assess operation quality. In this sense, we aimed to compare three statistical process control tools applied to losses in sugarcane mechanical harvesting to determine the best control chart template for this quality indicator. Losses were daily monitored in farms located within Triângulo Mineiro region, in Minas Gerais state, Brazil. They were carried over a period of 70 days in the 2014 harvest. At the end of the evaluation period, 194 samples were collected in total for each type of loss. The control charts used were individual values chart, moving average and exponentially weighted moving average. The quality indicators assessed during sugarcane harvest were the following loss types: full grinding wheel, stumps, fixed piece, whole cane, chips, loose piece and total losses. The control chart of individual values is the best option for monitoring losses in sugarcane mechanical harvesting, as it is of easier result interpretation, in comparison to the others.KEYWORDS: quality, agricultural mechanization, moving average, EWMA. MONITORAMENTO DAS PERDAS NA COLHEITA MECANIZADA DE CANA-DE-AÇÚCAR POR CARTAS DE CONTROLERESUMO: O controle estatístico de processo aplicado em operações agrícolas mecanizadas representa uma nova maneira de avaliar a qualidade com que as operações são realizadas. Neste sentido, objetivou-se neste trabalho comparar três tipos de ferramentas do controle estatístico de processo aplicadas às perdas na colheita mecanizada de cana-de-açúcar, para determinar qual o melhor modelo de carta de controle a ser utilizado para este indicador de qualidade. O monitoramento das perdas na colheita mecanizada foi realizado diariamente nas áreas agrícolas, de uma unidade produtora na região do Triângulo Mineiro -MG, durante o período de 70 dias, na safra de 2014. Ao final do período de avaliação, foram coletados 194 pontos amostrais no total, para cada tipo de perda analisado. As cartas de controle utilizadas foram: carta de valores individuais, média móvel e média móvel exponencialmente ponderada. Os indicadores de qualidade avaliados durante a colheita de cana-de-açúcar foram as perdas do tipo: rebolo inteiro, tocos, pedaço fixo, cana inteira, lascas, pedaços soltos e totais. A carta de controle de valores individuais é a melhor opção para o monitoramento das perdas na colheita mecanizada de cana-de-açúcar, por apresentar maior facilidade na interpretação dos resultados, em relação às demais. Advances in agricultural technology have led to the development of active remote sensing equipment that can potentially estimate components of crop production; however, this assessment is still in its early stages for the peanut crop. The objective of this study was to evaluate the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) generated by a terrestrial sensor and its relationship with agronomic variables of peanut crops grown at different densities. The parameters evaluated were the NDVI, pod yield, mass of 100 grains, green and dry mass and vegetation cover. The study was conducted in an experimental field and used a randomized block design with plots consisting of four plant populations (86,111, 103,520, 127,603 and 141,144 plants ha -1 ) with six replicates per treatment. The two densest populations of peanut plants showed similar behavior among the variables analyzed, whereas the variables of vegetation cover, yield and plant population strongly correlated with the NDVI obtained by the terrestrial sensor. For the seeding rates, the higher densities (14 and 18 seeds m -1 ) are the most recommended because showed the highest values of productivity and vegetation cover. The results indicated that the NDVI obtained through the GreenSeeker sensor can be used to estimate productivity, vegetation cover and plant population on peanut crop. This may provide an additional tool for farmers to evaluate the potential of their culture; enabling even that agronomic measures can take effect so that this potential is improved.

O tema avaliação de políticas públicas foi intensificado com o desenvolvimento da administração pública, no entanto ainda é pouco explorado. Propõe-se neste trabalho identificar as redes de pesquisa entre as instituições e os autores que estudam a temática avaliação de políticas públicas e tiveram seus artigos publicados nos anais dos EnAnpads e/ou dos EnAPGs, nos últimos 10 anos. A identificação das relações entre os autores e instituições deu-se por meio do desenvolvimento de um estudo sociométrico e bibliométrico. Para tanto, selecionaram-se 45 artigos científicos que foram publicados nos anais dos EnAnpads, e 26 artigos, nos anais do EnAPGs. A fim de construir as redes de coautoria e as relações interinstitucionais, utilizou-se o software Pajek. Os resultados demonstraram o baixo grau de densidade nas possíveis redes de pesquisadores dedicados ao tema avaliação de políticas públicas no Brasil, na área de administração pública, na Anpad. Os autores não mantêm vínculo de publicação e se relacionam, em geral, uma única vez ou, ainda, publicam sozinhos. Conclui-se que a relação de forças na rede é baixa, ou seja, existem poucos contatos entre os autores para que haja poder na rede. Pretende-se neste estudo apontar o baixo grau de relacionamento entre autores e instituições.

Thedigging of peanut, which has the pod production in the subsurface, is directly affected by soil conditions, physical or environmental characteristics, at the time of operation and may be the cause of unwanted losses. Therefore, the quality of the operation is very important for minimizing these losses. Thus, this study aimed to evaluate the quality of mechanizeddiggingoperation of peanut according to three soil textural classes(Sandy, Medium and Loamy) and their water content conditions at operation through statistical process control. The experiment was conducted at three locations in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, under sampling scheme arranged in tracks and 40 sampling points for each textural class of soil, using the mechanical digging variables as indicators of quality. We found that the mechanized digging operation in Sandy soil was the most critical, just meeting the specifications of quality indicators, reflecting higher losses and lower quality of the operation. Medium soil showed at the digginggood and homogeneous conditions in relation to water content in soil and pods, and because it has favorable characteristics it obtained the lower total losses and higher quality of operation. Loamy soil showed satisfactory quality, meeting the specifications as well, but with poorer quality than the Medium Soil.

RESUMO -A colheita é momento crítico na produção do amendoim (Arachis hypogaea L.), porém, nesta operação as perdas são inevitáveis, podendo chegar, em alguns casos, a valores de até 30% da produtividade. O amendoim é cultivado em um curto período de tempo durante a reforma dos canaviais, o que proporciona melhor uso dos espaços agrícolas na região de Jaboticabal, SP. Objetivou-se com esta pesquisa definir a antecipação do arranquio do amendoim a partir da determinação da maturação. Realizou-se o arranquio do amendoim aos 120; 125; 130; 135 e 140 dias após a semeadura. Os resultados foram submetidos à análise de variância pelo teste F e quando houve significância das médias, aplicou-se o teste de Tukey a 5% de probabilidade, mediante uso do diagrama de caixas para as variáveis: maturação, teor de água das vagens e do solo, resistência mecânica do solo à penetração, perdas na colheita e produtividade. O diagrama de caixas mostrou-se eficiente para a avaliação univariada das variáveis analisadas do amendoim, criando excelentes condições de visualização do comportamento das mesmas. Recomenda-se iniciar o arranquio do amendoim aos 120 DAS. Palavras-chave:Amendoim. Plantas-maturação. Época de colheita. ABSTRACT -The harvest is a critical time in the production of the peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.), however in this operation losses are inevitable, in some cases of up to 30% of production. Peanuts are grown for a short period during the reform of the sugarcane fields, providing better usage of the agricultural spaces in Jaboticabal, São Paulo. The objective of this research was to see how early the peanuts could be dug up once they are seen to have matured. The peanuts were dug up at 120, 125, 130, 135 and 140 days after sowing. Results were subjected to variance analysis by the F-test, and when there was significance of the averages, the Tukey test at 5% probability was applied, using a box plot for the following variables: maturation, moisture content of pods and soil, mechanical resistance of soil to penetration, harvest loss and productivity. The box plot proved efficient in the univariate evaluation of the analyzed variables, creating excellent conditions for viewing their behavior. Digging up the peanuts at 120 DAS is recommended.
