A prevalência de insegurança alimentar é importante para a avaliação das condições de vida e para o planejamento de políticas públicas de combate à fome. A pesquisa foi realizada com 177 famílias de São José dos Ramos-PB, no ano de 2005, por meio de entrevista. A análise dos dados, por regressão logística e ODDS RATIO, utilizou como variável dependente estar ou não em segurança alimentar, avaliação resultante da aplicação da EBIA; e, como variável independente dicotômica, o consumo de 15 conjuntos de alimentos. O modelo em regressão logística e o odds ratio mostraram associação de leite integral, manteiga, biscoito, bolacha e bolo com a segurança alimentar. Contudo, deve-se levar em consideração o conceito ampliado de Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional, que enfatiza outros fatores relevantes além do consumo alimentar, como a disponibilidade de alimento, que se incorpora às condições de renda e padrão de vida.
The intoxications records showed that there was a predominance of females (56.3%) over males (43.6%). Most cases were caused by poisoning with carbamate (26.6%), followed by coumarin rodenticides (23.4%) and pyrethroids (22.3%). From the total, 69% were healed, 23.5% had healing not confirmed and 7.5% died. Conclusion: Exogenous intoxications in 2007 showed the products causing ICU admissions were those used illegally such as rodenticides. It is also notable that medicines and insecticides had part in the number of cases.
Objetivo: identificar a associação entre estresse, aspectos relacionados à pandemia de Covid-19 e características ocupacionais em médicos pós-graduandos em Saúde da Família. Método: estudo quantitativo, descritivo e exploratório como uma amostra não-probabilística de 395 médicos pós-graduandos em Saúde da Família atuantes no Programa Mais Médicos, realizado entre setembro e novembro de 2020. Na análise comparou-se dados sociodemográficos, laborais e de estresse através do teste qui-quadrado, ODDS RATION e regressão logística múltipla. Resultados: evidenciou-se que as mulheres médicas com 3 anos de atuação e que não consideravam as medidas de biossegurança como suficientes para evitar o contágio pela Covid-19 possuíam maior chance de estresse, bem como aquele profissional que obteve aumento da demanda de trabalho, consumiu maiores doses de álcool e/ou psicotrópicos e obteve alteração no seu peso corporal. Conclusão: observou-se a influência do contexto pandêmico no desenvolvimento do estresse dos médicos associado as mudanças de caráter organizacional dos serviços de saúde.
