In this paper we analyze different project management approaches from the risk management point of view. Following the observed approaches, easy-to use method for risk management is developed and put into use in actual company. Procedures and methods for evaluating and managing risks are developed. Following the study of the results, easy-touse risk management method is proposed to upgrade current project management approaches. This method is usable within all project management methodologies. Using this method company managed to improve the efficiency of project management and raise the awareness of defined risks.
Blockchain technology is disrupting the business landscape in many industries. Energy sector is conservative and has specific reliability and security requirements therefore the possible application range is relatively narrow. Authors research the benefits and shortcomings of the applied blockchain technology and suggest the possible areas in energy sector to develop the solutions based on blockchain principles. Usability of blockchain principles is under research and proper aim has to be defined in order to follow the energy utility goals. The aim od the article is to define the environment and methodology for application of blochchain principles for solving operational technology challenges at energy utilities. Authors also define the possible threats that do not enable fast technology adoption in power utilitiesbiggest of which is cyber security.

Supply chain encompasses all activities needed to design, manufacture and deliver a product (or perform a service) using a mechanism or framework for information sharing. In the chapter, we focus on the significance and benefits of operating supply chains as an integral part of the modern manufacturing enterprises and also the importance of information sharing as the major requirement for the effective functioning of supply chains. In order to provide the necessary information technology support for supply chains, the basic concepts and features of agent based technology has been evaluated in order to determine its suitability for the management of supply chains. An overview of multi agent model for the supply chain is presented and the integrated functioning of certain agents resulting in information sharing is demonstrated.
