Bu araştırmada, seyahat acentelerinde çalışan işgörenlerin görev yaptıkları işletmeler hakkında yapmış oldukları çevrimiçi yorumlar içerik analizi yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Araştırma verileri, ‘glassdoor.com’ isimli internet sitesinden yapılan 900 adet yorumdan oluşmuştur. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde maxqda nitel veri analizi programından yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre, seyahat acentelerinde çalışmakta olan mevcut işgörenlerin eski çalışanlara göre memnuniyet düzeylerinin daha yüksek olduğu; işgörenlerin “çalışma koşulları”, “iş arkadaşları”, “çalışma kültürü”, “kurumsal itibar”, “çalışanlara değer algısı”, “sosyal olanaklar”, “ekonomik kazançlar” ve “diğer” boyutlarında yoğun olarak olumlu yorumlarda bulunduğu; bunun aksine “yönetim/yöneticiler”, “kariyer”, “maaş” ve “covid-19” boyutlarında ise olumsuz değerlendirmelerin çoğunlukta olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Bu çalışmada, medikal turizm kapsamında hizmet veren hekimlerin turistler ile yaşadıkları sorunları tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. Yaşanılan sorunları tespit etmek amacıyla nitel araştırma yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Araştırma, medikal turizm alanında talep gören illerden biri olan İstanbul’da sağlık turistlerine hizmet veren, aynı zamanda klinik ya da poliklinik sahibi olan hekimler ile yürütülmüştür. Veri toplama aracı olarak yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Hekimler ile gerçekleştirilen yüz yüze görüşme sonucunda elde edilen veriler betimsel analize tabi tutulmuş, hekim-sağlık turisti arasında, refakatçi sayısının fazlalığı, hasta ve yakınları ile iletişim, randevularda gecikme ve kültürel farklılıklarından kaynaklı sorunların yoğun bir şekilde yaşandığı tespit edilmiştir.
