New energy vehicles are one of the most important strategic emerging industries in China. Lithium battery is the universal choice of energy supply for new energy vehicles at present, which has the advantage of security and stability compared with other new energy sources. China has a complete lithium battery industry chain from lithium mining to battery manufacturing. The CATL is one of the large enterprises of this chain. However, with the rise of domestic competitors, foreign enterprises such as LG Chem have entered the Chinese market strongly. The intensification of market competition and the possible adjustment of national policies make the development of CATL facing many challenges. As early as before the COVID-19, the profits of CATL had declined, and the research on the strategic development of CATL has important practical significance. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by the power battery business of CATL through the SWOT analysis model. Based on the analysis of the development strategic direction corresponding to the combination of the four elements of the internal and external environment in the model, it is concluded that under the background of the emerging new energy vehicle industry and the gradual improvement of the market, CATL should seek diversified development strategic direction (ST strategy).
"I'm not at Starbucks, I'm on my way to Starbucks.". This catchphrase is not only a fast-paced lifestyle, but also an attitude toward life in the coffee age. Coffee is so ubiquitous that it is sought after by urban white-collar workers and petty bourgeoisie. The main reason why Chinese consumers freshly ground coffee has evolved from the initial social scene demand to the daily functional demand. The top three reasons for Chinese consumers to drink coffee are physiological refreshing, psychological dependence and coffee intake for meals. With the gradual formation of the coffee habit, most consumers have become physically and psychologically dependent on coffee, and coffee has therefore appeared in more and more daily work and life scenes. This paper takes the Starbucks brand "providing consumers with a third living space" as the research object, starting with SWOT analysis of marketing strategies and value propositions, and through qualitative research methods (unstructured interview), aiming at Starbucks brand marketing, brand value, the current development status in China's first tier cities and how to better to tell the Starbucks story in the future, I hope to provide suggestions for the sustainable and healthy development of the coffee industry.
In recent years, due to the government's increased supervision on the real estate industry, the growth rate of the commercial real estate market has slowed down, and it is difficult to de inventory in some regions, and the structural contradiction has become increasingly prominent. With the rise and development of e-commerce, traditional integrated commercial entities are facing a severe development situation. Xiyingmen Building Materials and Home Furnishings Plaza was founded in 1997 and headquartered in Shanghai. It specializes in the development, operation and management of urban complex and building materials and furniture plaza projects. Because of its early start and perfect supporting facilities, it also achieved good financial performance in the early stage. However, with the continuous emergence of large commercial complexes, the pattern of new and old business districts has changed significantly, and the competition between commercial complexes has become increasingly fierce. The financial performance of Xiyingmen Building Materials and Home Furnishing Plaza has declined year by year. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out special research, propose feasible measures, summarize effective experience, which is conducive to promoting the sustainable development of the industry, bringing better benefits to the operation of the industry, and can provide theoretical reference for the formulation of marketing strategies for many similar commercial complexes. From the perspective of the demand and service of target merchants and consumers, this paper first analyzes the macro environment analysis, regional business development analysis, competitor comparison analysis, project positioning analysis, SWOT analysis and other aspects of Xiyingmen Building Materials and Home Furnishing Plaza, which provides a solid foundation and reference value for the project to formulate marketing strategies.
With the rapid development of the network, the industry of electronic commerce shows a blowout type development, and the electronic commerce marketing mode appears in response to this trend. Compared with traditional marketing modes, the electronic commerce marketing mode is more flexible and covers a more extensive range. It fits a new generation of consumer groups' consumption orientation that focuses on individual experience, highlights personality and characteristics, has the desire of socializing and sharing, and attaches importance to application scenarios, emerging as a new force in the competition of the consumer market. Based on the analysis of current electronic commerce marketing strategies, this paper studies multiple factors that influence the electronic commerce marketing, analyses the consuming behavior and shopping psychology of consumers online, thus, to provide countermeasures that can influence the purchase decision of consumers and finally realize the optimal purpose of online marketing.
This study takes Shantou City's primary education occupational labor force demand as a starting point,which determines the relevant concepts of vocational education for primary school teachers. By the means of literature analysis, investigation as well as interview methods, this paper investigated the training status and employment status of various majors in primary education, mathematics education, and primary education (general subjects) in Shantou Vocational and Technical College. First, the current situation of the school's current vocational education training is analyzed in terms of the existing professional training plans of each major in recent years. Second section is about the interviews and surveys on the current situation of the above-mentioned students of each major. The survey will be based on the students' personal information, students' acceptance of training, employment tendency, existing employment opportunities, long-term career and other pain points. The last section is about the investigation the needs of employers for primary school teachers in recent years.
The smart city development is the tendency of China’s urban development. The implementation of smart city provides a guiding direction for the development and integration of the whole industry. The double carbon policy of carbon emissions peak and carbon neutrality is the primary goals in China’s energy transition and environmental protection in the coming decades. Mobile smart house can meet the needs of users in the mobile lifestyle, energy conservation, energy management, smart home and smart house, and support and promote the smart house policy and double carbon policy. Through the secondary data collection and literature analysis methods, the paper concludes that how mobile smart houses meet people’s needs in energy and information and analyzes the kind of free life that mobile smart houses can help people achieve. The SWOT method is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of mobile smart house, to provide solutions for the development direction of the mobile smart housing products and for the aim of better meeting the market demand.
The pace of population aging in China is accelerating. According to the data from World Population Prospects, issued by the United Nations, the proportion of China's aging population with the age over 65 will double from 2010 to 2030, and the aging population will account for more than one fourth of the total population in 2050. The population aging will not only bring challenges to the elderly care, but also influence the economy, as well as various aspects of the society. The new mode of the "one-stop" elderly care service promotes the effective matching between the supply and demand of elderly care service from three major sectors of intelligent equipment, online platform and software, and offline service system. This paper mainly deeply analyzes related policies of the elderly care service, relevant academic papers and conference materials issued by domestic and foreign experts and scholars, in combination with Thailand's environment, medical care, services, consumption, etc. to have a detailed introduction to Thailand's elderly care service. Similar to China, Thailand is also a developing country and shares a great similarity with China. In the meanwhile, China is also a populous country. The study of Thailand's elderly care service can provide some suggestions and choices for China's retired groups.
With the continuous development of China, energy security and environmental protection gradually become national strategic issues, and the automotive industry as the national economic development foundation and pillar industry is affected by such two national strategic issues. To get rid of the dependence on imported petroleum and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction, it is inevitable for China to strive to develop new energy vehicle. In recent ten years, the new energy vehicle industry has developed rapidly with the policy support of the government of China. The Dongfeng Motor Group as traditional automobile factory, under the tide of new energy vehicle, bears the double attack from the new power of vehicle manufacturing and traditional automobile factory, and confronts the double pressure of product transformation and improvement of self-owned brand's market share. The self-owned brand passenger vehicle of Dongfeng is researched in the PESTE analysis, FIVE FORCES analysis and SWOT analysis, and some new suggestions concerning product strategies and market strategies are offered through interview survey, so that Dongfeng Motor Corporation Passenger Vehicle Company can grasp the development opportunity to twist the adverse situation in new situation and can provide certain consideration and reference for the future development of other motor corporations.
