Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan bukti empiris pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek, kepercayaan, kemudahan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce shopee, dengan survei yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa S1 Manajemen di Universitas Labuhan Batu. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dimana sampel yang terpilih adalah 100 orang mahasiswa S1 manajemen. Data diolah menggunakan metode uji statistik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa bahwa variabel Kepercayaan dengan nilai Sig 0,020 < 0,05, dan variabel Kemudahan dengan nilai Sig 0,019 < 0,05, serta variabel Harga dengan nilai Sig 0,014 < 0,05, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada e-commerce Shopee. Sedangkan untuk variabel Kualitas Produk dengan nilai Sig 0,728 > 0,05 dan variabel Citra Merek dengan nilai Sig 0,550 > 0,05 maka tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada e-commerce Shopee. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan bukti empiris analisis faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2014-2017 yang berjumlah 44 perusahaan. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling berjumlah 32 perusahaan. Data diolah menggunakan metode uji statistik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa profitabilitas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan, dan umur perusahaan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility. Secara parsial profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, dan umur perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility. Sedangkan leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility
This study aims to explain the improvement and development of a home industry-based creative economy carried out by several academics, namely economics faculty lecturers and several students to the people of Meranti Village, Bilah Hulu District. Where in this study also explains the impact of the creative economy on the income of rural communities, as well as other supporting factors. The method used is qualitative descriptive research, namely by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation of the research object. The data analysis technique is using descriptive analysis. The results of research in Meranti Village are: First, the improvement and development of a home industry-based creative economy carried out by lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Labuhabatu University through the formation of a household business group. Second, increasing the income of the people who participate in the household business group. Third, internal and external factors that support the development carried out by lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Labuhanbatu University, students, and the Meranti village community in Labuhanbatu Regency.
<p><em>Supporting factors that are presented are the quality of human resources, work competence, and work commitments analyzed how they affect the performance of employees of </em><em>Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu</em><em>, both partially and simultaneously. Data collection uses interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Work on data analysis methods using SPSS 22.0 for Windows software. This study used a sample of 30 employees taken using total sampling techniques.</em></p><p><em> </em><em>The results of the study based on the F test showed that the quality of human resources, work competence and work commitment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of </em><em>Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu </em><em>employees, where the value of F<sub>count</sub> (17.583)> F<sub>table</sub> (2.98) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. T-test results show that the quality of human resources (X<sub>1</sub>) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of </em><em>Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu </em><em>employees, where the t<sub>count</sub> (2.382)> t<sub>table</sub> (1.706) and the significance value of 0.025 <0.05, work competence ( X<sub>2</sub>) positive and significant effect on the performance of </em><em>Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu </em><em>employees, where the t<sub>count</sub> (4.704)> t<sub>table</sub> (1.706) and the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and work commitment (X<sub>3</sub>) also have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of </em><em>Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu</em><em>, where the t<sub>count</sub> (3.860)> t<sub>table</sub> (1.706) and the significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Adjusted R Square value of 0.632 means that employee performance can be explained by the quality of human resources, work competence, and work commitments of 63.2%, while the remaining 36.8% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.</em><em></em></p>
Research was conducted at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Rantaprapat. The objective of this research was to find out: To what extent is the influence of corporate image, service quality and completeness of facilities on customer satisfaction at PT Bank Muamalat KCP Rantauprapat. The research subjects consisted of several customers, in this study the respondents were 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. While the data analysis method used is the Research Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Simultaneous Effect Significance Test (F), Partial Effect Significance Test (T Test), Determinant Coefficient (R2) using SPSS Statistics Version 22 software, then draw the appropriate conclusions. With research results.
