We demonstrate a substantial gap between local and nonlocal strategies in a quantum state discrimination task under a non-destructiveness condition. The condition imposes additional constraints to conventional state discrimination that the initial state should be returned without disturbance. For a set of maximally entangled states, the success probability of the proposed task using local operations and classical communications is completely suppressed; it cannot beat random guessing. We also show that a local strategy that efficiently exploits pre-shared entanglement for this task can be essentially different from the conventional approaches. We construct a nondestructive and adaptive strategy to achieve perfect discrimination of maximally entangled states which has a strictly lower entanglement cost than the best-known method based on teleportation. Our approach can be generalized to multipartite scenarios, offering an application in entanglement certification of a quantum network.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide data on the basis for architectural planning of floor plan type and spatial composition by analysing standard mental health centers in Seoul. Methods:Data were collected through literature research, field surveys, and expert interviews to 22 standard mental health centers in Seoul. Results: The results of this study could be summarized as follows;
Purpose: At the moment, There is a facility standard for intensive care units on the Korea medical services Act. However, the contents of regulation are so limited and difficult to apply. Therefore, it is necessary to draw up the guideline to complement the regulation for efficient operation of intensive care units. This study aims to suggest basic data for guideline of intensive care units.Methods: 2 Methods have been used in this paper. 1) Comparative analysis between the national regulation of Korea with the design standard of the United States America, the United Kingdom and Australia. 2) A literature survey about operation method for intensive care unit, focused on materials published in intensive care medicine society of each country. Results: In comparison with guideline of abroad cases, additional supplement are required, with regard to item such as operation environment, size, nursing manpower ratio, bed space area, space program of intensive care units for healing environment. Implications: This study is a basic research for guideline of intensive care unit, and need to be followed by further study using various perspectives and methods.
Purpose: Economic and social pressures are driving Korea to reform its mental health services. However, it is not easy for the governments to find to the proper method for the mental health service network. This study is to find the mental health service network in Japan. Methods: The survey was conducted by researches and field studies. 1) Researches for mental health service network and facilities. 2) Field study is for Mental Health and Welfare Network in Tokyo. Results: The result of this study can be summarized into three points.The first one, Reform measures are beginning to promote the concept of "normalization" in japanese society.The second one, Facilities of Mental health and welfare system designed by level that can be providing places for people with mental problems. The third one, Facilities consist of barrier-free environment for people with mental problems.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
