ResumoA internet e as ferramentas da web 2.0 proporcionam um ambiente participativo e interativo, com ferramentas que permitem uma nova relação entre os atores sociais, nova organização e formas de articulação, interação e acesso a informação sobre o debate público e social. A partir do exemplo do website Vote na Web, que propõe a participação do cidadão em assuntos de relevância nacional por meio de uma plataforma online, este artigo apresenta uma reflexão sobre a interação, a participação e a deliberação na internet, por meio do uso das ferramentas da web 2.0. Apos o estudo pode-se concluir que o website possui limitações e que as ferramentas online não são utilizadas em sua potencialidade. Mas, a partir de um contexto de cidadania e de participação online, é possível verificar que a arquitetura do website favorece a participação, mesmo sem o engajamento cívico, e que os processos comunicativos e interativos inerentes à essa plataforma online são um passo em direção a uma prática cidadã mais ampla. AbstractThe internet and web 2.0 tools provides a participatory and interactive environment, with tools that allow a new relationship between social actors, new forms of organization and coordination, interaction and access to information on public and social debate. From the example of Web Vote website, which proposes the participation of citizens in matters of national importance through an online platform, this article presents a reflection on the interaction, participation and deliberation on the Internet, through the use of Web 2.0 tools. After the study it can be concluded that the website has limitations and that online tools are not used in its potential. But from the context of citizenship and participation online, you can check the website architecture favors participation, even without civic engagement, and communicative and interactive processes involved in this online platform is a step toward a broader citizen practice.
