O suicídio é apontado pela Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS), como uma das principais causas de morte no mundo, sendo autor de uma em cada 100 mortes. Este estudo objetivou identificar a incidência de casos de tentativas de suicídio por uso de medicamentos notificados pelo SINAN no Hospital de Urgência e Emergência Regional de Cacoal (HEURO). Trata-se de um estudo documental, com dados obtidos no período de janeiro de 2021 a junho de 2022. Foram identificadas no estudo 28 fichas, houve predomínio do sexo feminino nas tentativas (82,15%), na faixa etária de 21-30 anos (54%). Os grupos farmacológicos de maior frequência foram os hipnóticos/sedativos e antidepressivos, presentes em 8 e 6 tentativas respectivamente, em 17,9% dos casos houve a ingestão de mais de 50 comprimidos/gotas, e os medicamentos clonazepam, diazepam, amitriptilina, sertralina, risperidona, dipirona, losartana foram os mais relatados. Desse modo, faz-se necessário intensificar a promoção do uso racional de medicamentos, bem como a ação de programas de assistência que realizam a identificação e intervenção das situações de risco para o ato suicida.
A integração entre a saúde e educação na perspectiva da melhoria da saúde do usuário pode ser ampliada quando em conjunto com outros setores, abrangendo questões que envolvam a autonomia dos indivíduos e coletividade, oportunizando a participação crítica destes atores nas decisões que envolvem suas vidas. Em consequência a esta crescente demanda, os serviços de urgência no país enfrentam múltiplos problemas evidenciados pela superlotação das unidades, dimensionamento de pessoal inadequado, rotatividade dos pacientes, processo de trabalho fragmentado, conflitos de poder, números de pacientes superior à quantidade de leitos, sobrecarga de trabalho e pouca articulação das redes assistenciais. A pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a eficiência e eficácia da prática da educação permanente em saúde nos serviços de enfermagem na urgência e emergência. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, exploratória, qualitativa na qual a seleção dos estudos foi realizada por meio da base de dados eletrônica Portal Regional da BVS. Discutindo a utilização das metodologias ativas na educação permanente em saúde pode corroborar com o realinhamento das práticas assistenciais, sistematizando o cuidado, gerenciando as ações e otimizando o tempo de atendimento na urgência e emergência.
O trauma é definido como uma força que é exercida através de um objeto em movimento que impacta o indivíduo, podendo causar diversas lesões, e politraumatismo é um termo médico utilizado para definir múltiplas lesões de diversas naturezas que podem comprometer diversos órgãos e sistemas (PHTLS, 2017). Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, observacional quantitativo e qualitativa realizado com os profissionais que atuam na Sala vermelha de um hospital no interior do estado de Rondônia, foram observados cerca de 46 atendimentos a pacientes politraumatizados no período de março a junho de 2022. Com o objetivo de evidenciar como é realizado a assistência de enfermagem durante o atendimento ao paciente vítima de trauma multissistêmico em um hospital público de Urgência e Emergência. Discutir sobre a padronização da assistência voltada às vítimas de trauma é essencial para realização de um atendimento de qualidade, visto que contribui para uma assistência mais ágil e eficiente, levando em consideração às diferentes formas de apresentação, gravidade e complexidade em particular de cada paciente. Diante disso, faz-se necessário investigar quais ações são executadas durante o atendimento ao paciente vítima de múltiplos traumas, e se há alguma forma de padronização durante o atendimento prestado.
