A integração entre a saúde e educação na perspectiva da melhoria da saúde do usuário pode ser ampliada quando em conjunto com outros setores, abrangendo questões que envolvam a autonomia dos indivíduos e coletividade, oportunizando a participação crítica destes atores nas decisões que envolvem suas vidas. Em consequência a esta crescente demanda, os serviços de urgência no país enfrentam múltiplos problemas evidenciados pela superlotação das unidades, dimensionamento de pessoal inadequado, rotatividade dos pacientes, processo de trabalho fragmentado, conflitos de poder, números de pacientes superior à quantidade de leitos, sobrecarga de trabalho e pouca articulação das redes assistenciais. A pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a eficiência e eficácia da prática da educação permanente em saúde nos serviços de enfermagem na urgência e emergência. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, exploratória, qualitativa na qual a seleção dos estudos foi realizada por meio da base de dados eletrônica Portal Regional da BVS. Discutindo a utilização das metodologias ativas na educação permanente em saúde pode corroborar com o realinhamento das práticas assistenciais, sistematizando o cuidado, gerenciando as ações e otimizando o tempo de atendimento na urgência e emergência.
Insuficiência cardíaca (IC) e caracterizada como uma síndrome devido a um distúrbio cardíaco, dificultando a irrigação sanguínea para todo o organismo, ocasionando perda metabólica. Nisto o músculo cardíaco é incapaz de realizar a ejeção apropriada do sangue, e manter devidamente a pressão corpórea adequada. Objetivou em caracterizar o perfil epidemiológico dos pacientes hospitalizado por Insuficiência Cardíaca na II macrorregião de saúde do estado de Rondônia no ano de 2011 - 2021. Tratou-se de um estudo epidemiológico a partir de dados secundário entre os anos de 2011 a 2021 no site do Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde (DATASUS), de domínio público no Brasil. OS resultados obtidos no período houve 11.504 internações, 1.308 óbitos, sendo que o ano que houve maior número de hospitalização foi 2011 com 1.278 (11,11%), sendo do sexo masculino 57%, da raça/cor parda 21, 69%, com a faixa etária de 70 a 79 anos 29, 42%. Pode-se concluir que houve uma diminuição da taxa de paciente hospitalizado por IC nos últimos anos tendo um percentual de 19,39% nos últimos 3 anos.
Professionals face various environmental, physical, mental risks, accidents and occupational diseases, and often face inadequate working conditions. The aim of this study is to describe the multiprofessional role in workers' health. The methodology is a narrative review of literature with an approach of exploratory, observational, retrospective studies that were searched in the literature 23 articles between 2010 to 2022. Results: Within an organization, the presence of nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, biochemists and other professionals can give employees greater security and better performance in their functions, as they must be monitored and must gain confidence where they can count on a professional nurse always available. Professionals face various environmental, physical, mental risks, accidents and occupational diseases, and often face inadequate working conditions. The health of the worker started to be seen in a worrying way when men realized the link between work and illness, which has existed since antiquity. Occupational nursing focuses on caring for workers, especially those who care about work. It is concluded that the ideas presented in this study lead to the conclusion that the multidisciplinary work of occupational health is extremely important in promoting the health and well-being of workers, as it has the technical knowledge and can act in the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases.
