Introdução: Com o advento da pandemia, o projeto de extensão Café-Ergo que realizava encontros quinzenais, presenciais, para a discussão acerca da saúde e trabalho com base na Ergonomia da Atividade, teve que se recriar ao digitalizar o ensino, migrando para podcast e redes sociais. Objetivo: analisar e discutir a percepção dos estudantes extensionistas sobre como foi realizado o processo de digitalização do referido projeto de extensão e como isso impactou na disseminação dos saberes sobre saúde dos trabalhador. Método: Comparar os números de pessoas que compareciam aos encontros presenciais com o número de visualizações do podcast. Resultados parciais: A média de visualizações dos podcast foi 71, enquanto a média de pessoas nos encontros presenciais foi de 12 pessoas. Conclusão: O processo de digitalização do café ergo de fato teve um impacto positivo no sentido da acessibilidade de conteúdo, contudo, as trocas satisfatórias que nos encontros presenciais que eram obtidas, não são alcançadas por meio do podcast.
