The relationship between the self-regulated learning inventory (SRLI) and the factors student attitude, collegiate origin and age in 960 students of engineering programs in universities of the city of Cartagena between the years 2014 and 2016 were analyzed; Through the χ2 independence test. Initially the instrument was validated; The self-regulation for learning and the independent variables were analyzed: age, attitude and collegial origin, and finally a mosaic chart was drawn between SRLI and variables with which a significant relationship was obtained. The results indicate that the instrument is valid according to the Alpha values of Cronbach and that there is an important association between SRLI and the variables attitude and student origin; Showing that students with a high student attitude and coming from public schools, are those who generally have very good self-regulation of learning.

In this paper it is identified and described the environmental aspects and impacts in
a treatment plant wastewater. The inputs of raw materials, fuel, electricity and water
are taken into account; similarly, the outputs as emissions, noise, discharges and
waste, looking comply with environmental legislation and resource management.
The most relevant results of the work leading to the qualification of environmental
impacts studied for low and middle levels of significance area. The treatment plant
wastewater meets its environmental management system, with appropriate controls
on environmental impacts both normal and abnormal conditions. Higher level of
significance was found in the areas of water pretreatment, but this has an
environmental regulation and compliance under national law.
The effect of post-harvest transpiration on the agroindustrial quality of the fruit of Chrysobalanus Icaco rosa variety was determined. The methodology followed allowed to find the loss of water for 11 days after its collection and the specific characteristics of color, size and physical appearance, to determine shelf life and its usefulness as raw material. To look at the effect caused by dehydration, a simple linear regression model was fitted using SPSS statistical software to observe, analyze and correlate weight loss as the days elapse over the life of the Icaco fruit. It is evident that for the first four days the most critical in the process of perspiration, being evident by the appearance of wrinkles, moist areas, loss of firmness, wilting, adhesion of the seed to the skin.
Abstract-The quality of the surface water of Caño Correa and its influence on the coral reefs of the Corales del Rosario and San Bernardo National Natural Park located in the waters of the Colombian Caribbean were analyzed. Multivariate analysis of the water quality data-set was performed through PCA. The statistical analysis showed that the nutrients are at levels close to eutrophication, the solids exceed the levels established by the regulations and the salinity presents abrupt changes in their levels, all these factors affect the health of the marine ecosystems. The principal component analysis identified four components that explain 67.27% of the total variance of the data. The first factor represents the agroindustrial contribution, the second factor represents pollution by minerals and organic matter, the third factor is due to wastewater-fertilization and the fourth factor is clearly microbiological.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
