<p>Este estudo buscou mapear as técnicas estatísticas empregadas em nove edições do congresso promovido pela Associação Nacional dos Programas de Pós-Graduação em Ciências Contábeis (ANPCONT). A partir da perspectiva epistemológica de Japiassu (1992), analisaram-se 637 artigos sob a ótica de cada linha de pesquisa: Controladoria e Contabilidade Gerencial (CCG); Contabilidade para Usuários Externos (CUE); Educação e Pesquisa em Contabilidade (EPC) e Mercados Financeiro, de Créditos e de Capitais (MFCC). É um estudo descritivo, com abordagem quantitativa, de natureza revisional. Os achados indicam que o congresso possui orientação predominantemente quantitativa. Na área de CCG o teste mais aplicado foi o Teste t/t de <em>student</em>. Nas áreas de CUE e MFCC predominou uso de correlação. Na linha de EPC a técnica mais usada foi o Qui-Quadrado. Em linhas gerais, foram encontradas 198 técnicas, compostas por 30 técnicas principais, 14 autônomas, 148 acessórias e 6 classificadas em outros grupos.</p>
RESUMOEm 2007, com a Lei n° 11.638, a divulgação da Demonstração dos Fluxos de Caixa (DFC) tornou-se obrigatória. Conforme o pronunciamento técnico CPC 03 (R2), as informações sobre o fluxo de caixa se tornam relevantes para uma entidade, pois proporciona aos usuários das demonstrações contábeis a possibilidade de avaliar a capacidade da entidade gerar caixa. Apesar da orientação normativa que se tem para a preparação da DFC, algumas classificações feitas ainda causam dúvidas quanto ao seu enquadramento. Considerando esse contexto, o presente estudo foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de mapear como estão sendo divulgados os juros, os dividendos e os juros sobre o capital próprio pagos e recebidos das empresas listadas nos níveis 1 e 2 da BM&FBOVESPA, evidenciados na DFC. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo e documental. Os achados sinalizam que apesar da observância às permissões da legislação vigente, não existe consenso acerca da classificação de algumas transações específicas. A promulgação da Lei nº 11.638/07 tornou obrigatória a publicação da Demonstração do Valor Adicionado (DVA) para as Sociedades Anônimas. Conforme o Comitê de Pronunciamentos Contábeis - CPC 09, Valor Adicionado representa a riqueza criada pela empresa. Este estudo teve como objetivo geral verificar como as empresas distribuem suas riquezas entre colaboradores, governo, remuneração de capital de terceiros e capital próprio. Esta pesquisa caracterizou-se como documental, abordando o problema de forma quantitativa, coletando dados de 47 empresas dos dois Níveis de Governança, Nível 1 e Nível 2, divulgados na B3, para os anos de 2015, 2016 e 2017. Os principais resultados demonstram que, no Nível 1, o setor que mais gerou riqueza foi o Financeiro, enquanto que, no Nível 2, foi o de Petróleo. Em ambos os Níveis, analisando a média de riqueza distribuída, em 2015, os terceiros receberam a maior parte da riqueza, e, em 2016 e 2017, a maior parte da riqueza foi distribuída para o Governo. Este estudo permitiu conhecer como as empresas distribuem suas riquezas, o que pode auxiliar na tomada de decisões das empresas, dada a alta carga tributária no Brasil. A escolha dos níveis 1 e 2 se deu em vista da possibilidade de obtenção de um material mais detalhado para a investigação. Para estudos futuros, sugere-se averiguar outros níveis de governança da Bovespa, com o intuito de verificar, também, como se dá a distribuição da riqueza das empresas.
