<p><em>Objetivo</em>: El artículo tiene dos objetivos: a.) identificar la importancia de la participación de las familias en los marcos organizacionales de los servicios sociales de atención básica; y, b.) explorar la innovación y la participación en el proceso y en los modelos de intervención a través de tres ejes: los dispositivos de atención y la centralidad de los servicios sociales como punto de referencia en el territorio; la participación de la innovación en la intervención de los servicios sociales de atención básica; y la relación entre familias y profesionales en estos servicios.</p><p><em>Metodología</em>: Es una investigación cualitativa en la que se llevaron a cabo 38 entrevistas individuales y 9 grupos de discusión. En total participaron 125 personas, de las cuales 42 fueron familias acompañadas por los servicios sociales de atención básica, 55 profesionales y 28 cargos de gestión.</p><p><em>Resultados</em>: Los principales hallazgos se centran en las propuestas de cambio en los marcos organizacionales, particularmente en los espacios existentes y en las políticas de comunicación desarrolladas. El énfasis de los agentes en resignificar los espacios y la incidencia en políticas de comunicación orienta hacía nuevas interrogantes centradas en el papel del trabajo social, sobre todo de corte grupal y comunitario.</p><p> </p><p><em>Conclusiones</em>: A partir de los resultados se delinean algunos caminos de cómo pensar la innovación y propuestas, más allá de la perspectiva hegemónica de la innovación de sustitución o inclusión de “tecnologías de intervención”. En el proceso de intervención y en la relación profesional, es imprescindible pensar y diseñar nuevas estrategias de colaboración entre personas, familias y profesionales con el fin de lograr un acercamiento mutuo y un progreso conjunto. Sin embargo, surgen cuestionamientos abiertos alrededor de que algunas innovaciones propuestas forman parte del marco teórico del trabajo social.</p>

Es una evidencia que el proceso migratorio produce consecuencias físicas y emocionales. Para adolescentes y jóvenes sin acompañamiento de un referente familiar, los efectos de este tránsito en su salud mental suelen asociarse a la ansiedad y depresión con riesgo de cronicidad; profundizando su vulnerabilidad. Este trabajo aborda los sentimientos de pérdida, duelo y estrés que experimentan estos/as jóvenes, pero también la elaboración del vínculo como herramienta en la intervención socioeducativa. Se utilizó una metodología cualitativa que recupera la voz de sus protagonistas: jóvenes migrantes y profesionales del sector. Los resultados ponen de manifiesto la incidencia de algunos estresores relevantes tales como el viaje o la ausencia de documentos, entre otros. También destaca la importancia del duelo, como elemento integrador de aquello perdido, el presente y la gestación de expectativas; así como el efecto estimable del vínculo como herramienta profesional para la intervención social con adolescentes y jóvenes.
Introducción. La migración de los menores no acompañados (en adelante, MNA) es un fenómeno global que está presente en diferentes territorios delimitados por fronteras que marcan la separación entre la supuesta riqueza y pobreza. Los factores de riesgo y situaciones de exclusión que viven estos/as menores en nuestros países contradicen los principios establecidos en la Convención de los Derechos de la Infancia (1989). Pese a existir numerosa literatura relativa al tema tratado, no es abundante la dimensión diacrónica. Este texto pretende aproximarse a las transformaciones experimentadas por el fenómeno a lo largo de las dos últimas décadas en Cataluña, presentando la evolución de las llegadas en los últimos años y analizando los cambios en los modelos de acogida desprendidos del sistema de protección y del circuito de atención a la infancia y adolescencia. Metodología: Se realizó una vasta revisión de la literatura nacional e internacional sobre el tema, se recuperaron estudios anteriores y proyectos I+D, datos facilitados por el Estado Español y por Catalunya, además, se llevó a cabo un trabajo de campo cualitativo durante los años de 2015 y 2022, realizado en dos fases. Los instrumentos de recogida de datos fueron la entrevista individual, la entrevista grupal, el grupo de discusión y la entrevista en profundidad no presencial autogestionada online. Tuvimos la participación de adolescentes y jóvenes (menores migrantes no acompañados, en adelante MMNA) y de profesionales y cargos de gestión que trabajan con el colectivo. Los datos obtenidos fueron agrupados en categorías, codificados y analizados mediante el programa Atlas-ti. Resultados. Presentamos la evolución del escenario desde el año 1996 hasta 2022 en Cataluña, identificando las diferentes variables que configuraron el circuito de atención. Se han podido identificar 4 fases del fenómeno: el desconcierto y desajuste del sistema de atención; la estabilización del fenómeno; el declive ligado a la crisis económica y, finalmente, el crecimiento geométrico del fenómeno. Discusión. Estas fases se enmarcan en un contexto legislativo en fricción entre el control de flujos ligado al efecto llamada, por una parte, y el interés superior del menor por otra. Además, se pone en evidencia que la migración de menores no es un tema coyuntural, sino que es estructural. Conclusiones. Generar conocimiento en torno a las fases identificadas permite evitar la repetición de desaciertos y discurrir entorno a modelos de atención que favorezcan la planificación de la acción y con ello la protección y la acogida. Además, se puede establecer un modelo de atención extrapolable a otras zonas que experimentan asimismo el fenómeno.
