An efficient protocol for palladium-catalyzed regioselective C8–H bond alkoxycarbonylmethylation of 1-naphthylamide derivatives with α-chloroalkyl esters has been developed.
A facile and efficient protocol for cobalt-catalyzed regioselective C8-H sulfonylation of 1-naphthylamine derivatives with sodium sulfinates was described, affording sulfonylated naphthylamines in moderate to good yields. The reaction exhibits broad...
Herein, we reported a copper-catalyzed carbonyl-assisted hydroboration of terminal aliphatic alkenes with Markovnikov regioselectivity, employing easily available and stable B2pin2 as the boron source. This reaction proceeded smoothly in exclusive...
An expeditious copper-catalyzed three-component hydroxyperfluoroalkylation of unactivated alkenes starting from commercially available perfluoroalkyl iodides and an O 2 molecule from air as the oxygen source was developed. The Cu/B 2 pin 2 catalytic system offered a novel pattern for the generation of perfluoroalkyl radicals and overcame the previous limitations in the hydroxyperfluoroalkylation of unactivated alkenes. This catalytic protocol features high regioselectivity and broad substrate scope to access valuable β-perfluoroalkyl alcohols expediently. 18 Olabeling experiments demonstrated that the oxygen atom of the OH group stems from O 2 in air.
A novel and efficient copper-catalyzed carboesterification of unactivated alkenes with α-carbonyl alkyl bromides for the syn-thesis of γ-lactones derivatives has been developed. With the assistance of a removable bidentate 8-aminoquinoline...
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
