O presente artigo analisou de forma integrativa e sistêmica os trabalhos de liderança publicados em periódicos nacionais de 2010 a 2018 por meio da plataforma CAPES, onde foram filtrados os estudos de liderança com strings de busca e critérios de restrição em 3 etapas, gerando uma amostra final de 29 artigos. Os resultados apontaram que os assuntos mais abordados dentro da temática são a respeito dos estilos de liderança, com foco na transformacional e transacional; e temas como coaching e liderança feminina apresentaram poucos artigos. Ao final, esse estudo demonstrou uma agenda de pesquisa a ser seguida.
Objetivo: Verificar a baixa intenção de compra dos substitutos da carne (carne cultivada, carne à base de plantas e carne à base de insetos) em comparação à carne convencional, tendo os afetos negativos como um mecanismo de explicação e neofobia como um intensificador desses efeitos.Métodos: Para atingir o objetivo proposto, foi realizado um estudo experimental para compreender as relações entre os substitutos da carne convencional (carne cultivada, carne à base de plantas e à base de insetos) e a intenção de compra, o efeito mediador do afeto negativo (aversão, perigo e nojo) e o efeito moderador da neofobia.Originalidade/Relevância: Ainda pouco se sabe a respeito da baixa aceitação de substitutos da carne convencional; portanto, este estudo apresenta um mecanismo de explicação ainda não testado para tal aceitação e um moderador de intensificação.Resultados: Os afetos negativos explicam a baixa intenção em comprar a carne à base de inseto, e altos níveis de neofobia agem como moderador apenas na relação direta para todos os substitutos da carne.Contribuições teóricas/metodológicas: Os resultados contribuem para compreender a influência do afeto negativo como mecanismo para explicar a baixa intenção em comprar substitutos da carne quando comparados à carne convencional, além do papel da neofobia neste contexto, bem como as comparações entre os tipos de carnes.
O acelerado desenvolvimento em todo o mundo vem trazendo transformações significativas para sociedade. Estas transformações estão afetando o comportamento dos consumidores, assim, as empresas estão se adaptando ao novo mercado para conquistar o seu público-alvo, utilizando o marketing digital para isso, como por meio de anúncios com mensagens assertivas, ou seja, aquelas que dão ordens ao consumidor (“compre agora”, “não perca”). Porém, ainda não se sabe a eficiência dessas mensagens diante de pessoas de fraca e forte auto-eficácia, sendo as crenças do individuo sobre sua própria capacidade de completar algo. Justificando a existência desse artigo, que tem o intuito de abordar tal assunto, beneficiando com informações a todas as empresas que utilizam esse tipo de anuncio. Levando em consideração que teve como objetivo geral: analisar se os anúncios online com mensagens assertivas geram maior intenção de compra nos consumidores com fraca auto-eficácia. Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa experimental quantitativa, tendo como métodos de coleta de dados a pesquisa bibliográfica, questionários e dois anúncios (um assertivo e outro não assertivo), que foram respondidos por universitários do oeste paulista (n=112) e analisados com auxilio do SPSS, através de ANOVA. A hipótese era de que as mensagens assertivas geram maior intenção de compra nos consumidores com fraca auto-eficácia, e diminuem esta intenção nos indivíduos com forte auto-eficácia. Foi possível concluir que não há diferença significante na intenção, apesar dos indivíduos com forte auto-eficácia, quando expostos a anúncios com mensagens assertivas apresentarem menor intenção de compra do que indivíduos com fraca auto-eficácia.
