Die Verwendung N‐silylierter Phosphorylamide begünstigt bei der Umsetzung mit PCl5 die KIRSANOV‐Reaktion und drängt unerwünschte Substitutionsreaktionen zurück. Silylierte Monoamide, X2P(O)NHSiMe3 (X = OEt, NEt2), geben mit PCl5jedoch nicht die erwarteten Trichlorphosphazene, sondern die isomeren N‐Dichlorphosphorylphosphazene, Cl2P(O)‐NPClX2, die auch bei der Reaktion von (EtO)2P(O)NCl2 mit PCl5 entstehen. Als erstes Phosphoryl‐P, P‐bis‐(trichlorphosphazen) konnte (EtO)P(O)(NPCl3)2 durch Umsetzung des silylierten Diamids (EtO)P(O)(NHSiMe3)2 mit PCl5 erhalten werden. Tris(trimethylsilyl)phosphoryltriamid, OP(NHSiMe3)3, bildet mit PCl5 das Triphosphazen [ClP(NPCl3)3]Cl. Die Reaktivität der silylierten Amide gegenüber PCl‐Verbindungen nimmt in der Reihe PCl5 > POCl3 > ClP(O)(OEt)2 > ClP(O)(NEt2)2 ab. Eine bevorzugte Bildung von Verbindungen mit PNHP‐Brücken konnte bei der Umsetzung mit Phosphorylchloriden nicht beobachtet werden.
