This book chapter reports on what they know so far about the main route of drug entry into F. hepatica. Finally, when they face the risk of drug resistance in Fasciola spp., they are looking at how to determine when a population of parasites has become resistant for a given drug and how they have evolved and adjusted to remedy its effects, in particular highly effective drug triclabendazole.
