Özellikle Antalya ilinde yer alan konaklama işletmelerinde yaygın olarak kullanılan her şey dahil sistemi, yerli ve yabancı turistlerin bu bölgeyi tercih etmelerinde önemli bir etkiye sahiptir. Bu anlamda bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Antalya'yı ziyaret eden ve her şey dahil sistemi ile konaklayan yerli ve yabancı turistlerin her şey dahil sistemini tercih nedenlerini, her şey dahil sistemini tercih ederken önem verdikleri konuları ve bu sistemden memnuniyet düzeylerini tespit edebilmektir. Bu amaçla çalışmanın saha araştırması, tatillerini her şey dahil paket tur satın alarak Antalya'da geçiren yerli ve yabancı turistler ile 1 Nisan-30 Mayıs 2018 tarihleri arasında kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile yüz yüze anket uygulanarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler, her şey dahil paket tur alırken turistler için en önem verdikleri konulardan "otelin sosyal medyadaki genel değerlendirmesi", "aile ve arkadaş tavsiyeleri" ve "tatilin güvenli olması" unsurlarının ilk üç sırada yer aldığı görülmüştür. Turistlerin memnun kaldıkları konular arasında ise ilk üç sırada "fiyat", "yiyecek ve içeceklerin çeşitliliği" ve "yiyecek ve içeceklerin kalitesi" unsurlarının yer aldığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, her şey dahil sistemde yer alan konaklama işletmeleri yöneticilerine stratejik fikirler sağlayabileceği düşüncesinden hareketle birtakım önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
According to the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), tourism is expected to lose between $900 billion and $1.2 trillion in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is also estimated that the decrease in the total number of tourists due to the COVID-19 pandemic will occur between 58% and 78%. It can be said that competition in the tourism sector will be experienced intensely among countries with alternative tourism diversity when evaluated in terms of outbreaks that may occur in COVID-19 process and after. In this context, it is seen that natural habitats, physical spaces isolated from society, digitalization, and smart tourism applications will gain more importance in terms of tourism activities and will come to the fore in the destination preferences of tourists. Based on this, this chapter aims to examine the subject of COVID-19 and alternative tourism in the context of new destinations and new tourism products.
The paper aims to examine the digital transformation changes in tourism within the process Covid-19 pandemic. The research data were collected qualitatively from 12 managers working in accommodation businesses in Istanbul, Turkey. According to the findings, it is seen that the managers emphasized that digital applications will gain importance in both accommodation businesses and tour operators due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The results also showed that digitality will be the main factor in new accommodation investments and that they will focus on rapidly realizing their projects in this area to maintain the competitive advantage of destinations. Based on the study results, some suggestions were made to tourism practitioners. It is thought that the results of the study will guide tourism practitioners.
