Introdução: A qualidade de vida de pacientes hemodialíticos é algo que envolve diferentes fatores, necessitando também de intervenções em distintos aspectos. Sendo assim, o presente estudo objetivou analisar quais os fatores modificadores de qualidade de vida dos pacientes em hemodiálise. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, cuja questão norteadora é ‘’De que forma a hemodiálise influencia a qualidade de vida dos pacientes?’’. Metodologia: O levantamento de bibliografia foi realizado nas bibliotecas eletrônicas e bases de dados: LILACS; MEDLINE; SciELO; BDENF-Enfermagem; BVS e PubMed. Resultados e discussão: Foi possível observar que, normalmente, mulheres, de classe média baixa, e aqueles que não praticam atividade física, são quem menos possuem qualidade de vida. Esses aspectos, entre vários outros, podem ser medidos através de um questionário chamado KDQOL-SF™. A partir do uso dessa escala, é possível caracterizar os problemas que interferem na qualidade de vida dos indivíduos em hemodiálise, possibilitando também a criação de soluções pelos profissionais de saúde. Conclusão: A dieta, a atividade física, a espiritualidade, questões de emprego, renda, autoimagem e alterações de humor são fatores passíveis de mudança ao se vivenciar um processo como a hemodiálise. Dessa forma, salienta-se a importância de orientações, estratégias de apoio e intervenções a partir dos fatores elencados assim como mais evidências científicas que suscitem maior conhecimento acerca dessa temática, bem como, disseminação dessas informações para a população em geral.
Objetivo: Descrever o perfil de usuários e o processo de implantação de um serviço de teleatendimento para COVID-19, analisando a repercussão das estratégias utilizadas. Métodos: Estudo descritivo que utiliza metodologia quantitativa para analisar as características dos atendimentos realizados e descrever a implantação da Central de Atendimento em COVID-19 em João Pessoa. Resultados: Foram realizados 24.831 atendimentos, sendo 14.912 (60,05%) para esclarecimento de dúvidas e 9.919 (39,95%) para avaliação clínica. Os sintomas mais frequentes foram cefaleia, tosse e febre. Dentre os usuários, 91,11% preencheram critérios clínicos para síndrome gripal e 28,64% apresentaram pelo menos uma comorbidade. Conclusão: A central de telemedicina demonstrou ser dispositivo capaz de reduzir a sobrecarga em serviços de urgência. Ademais, demonstrou a possibilidade de integração das ações assistenciais às atividades educacionais e de vigilância à saúde, oportunizando o surgimento de novos arranjos assistenciais que podem ser utilizados para outros agravos.

Breno Nascimento RESUMOO projeto descrito neste documento apresenta a proposta de uma descrição em alto nível na linguagem Verilog-AMS da seção de recepção de um transceptor RF de um sistema integrado CMOS desenvolvido no Laboratório de Dispositivos e Circuitos Integrados (LDCI) do departamento de Engenharia Elétrica da Universidade de Brasília -UnB. A modelagem do sistema completo possibilita a co-simulação entre os diversos componentes, permitindo a análise do comportamento do sistema e identificar as características e funcionalidades do mesmo. Com isso é possível otimizar a arquitetura em projetos futuros.
