Las agencias de viajes, en la etapa pos COVID-19 deberán orientar sus estrategias a priorizar la atención a aquellos mercados emisores de turismo, que presentan una recuperación mayor, y al diseño de nuevos productos. En esta situación se encuentra Cuba, al ser uno de los países que con más rapidez se restaura de la crisis. Atendiendo a que la Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia, se encuentra entre las que más emite viajeros al exterior y la existencia de profundos lazos históricos que la unen a Cuba, se precisa de productos turístico que en las condiciones de pos COVID-19, se adecuen a este segmento. La presente investigación se orienta al estudio del nivel de desarrollo de productos turísticos vinculados al patrimonio gallego en la ciudad de La Habana para, en consecuencia, proponer el diseño de una excursión turística para el mercado de demanda procedente de la Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia. Con dicho propósito, se emplearon métodos teóricos y empíricos, que permitieron realizar un análisis integral del comportamiento de dicho segmento. Se utilizó un procedimiento metodológico para el diseño de productos turísticos, aplicado en tres fases, que incluyó técnicas como la segmentación por beneficios, el método Delphi y estudios de factibilidad económica y financiera. Los resultados arrojados por la investigación reflejaron que, con la puesta en marcha de la excursión Habana Gallega se podrá satisfacer el segmento de demanda identificado en las condiciones de pos COVID-19; de igual forma quedó demostrado que el producto es viable cualitativa y cuantitativamente.
En un contexto donde la crisis impuesta por la Covid-19 ha generado profundos cambios en las dinámicas del sector turístico, a las agencias de viajes les urge la toma de decisiones estratégicas respecto a los canales de distribución a emplear. Para ello, resulta imprescindible la evaluación oportuna de sus sistemas de distribución mediante una metodología de diagnóstico coherente y eficaz. La presente investigación se orienta en el estudio minucioso de varios modelos de diagnóstico dediverso tipo, para, en consecuencia, proponer un procedimiento metodológico aplicable a los sistemas de distribución de las agencias de viajes en un escenario postcoronavirus. Con dicho propósito, se emplearon métodos empíricos y teóricos, que permitieron realizar un análisis integral de dicha cuestión. Los resultados posibilitaron la obtención de un modelo de diagnóstico, que incluye procedimientos de diagnóstico estratégico del estado de la gestión de la distribución comercial, cuya aplicación en las agencias de viajes ayudará en la definición de problemas, expondrá los puntos álgidos y generará los resultados base para plantear las acciones estratégicas correspondientes. Las habilidades directivas y los procedimientos para su desarrollo y evaluación, en años recientes, se han hecho más notables en la Educación Superior. La práctica de las mismas resulta necesaria en cualquier nivel jerárquico; por ello, se exige un proceso de estudio y proyección para alcanzar los estándares planeados en la Universidad de La Habana. La presente investigación se orienta en el estudio del nivel de importancia y desempeño de la habilidad de gestión de la innovación en los directivos de la Facultad de Turismo de la Universidad de La Habana para, en consecuencia, proponer un diseño estratégico que garantice su mejora continua. Con dicho propósito, se emplearon métodos empíricos y teóricos, que permitieron realizar un análisis integral de dichas habilidades. Los resultados arrojados por la investigación reflejaron la falta de identificación de las capacidades que se tienen y, de las que, se requieren para el buen desarrollo de la gestión de la innovación; lo anterior, generó la propuesta de estrategias y planes de acción para su implementación.
