Problem. Over the past few decades, the use of information and computer technology has expanded exponentially. In many fields of activity during this period, various software tools were integrated, and some of the fields were almost completely automated. For educational software development, it is crucial to correctly and accurately identify needs, draw up requirements, and consider the necessary simplicity, creating a concise and understandable program structure. Goal. The purpose of this work is to identify the needs of application users, formulate requirements for the application, create a program model, draw up its structure, determine the means that will be used for its implementation and compose a description of the main set of methods necessary for the function-analysis of a developing application. Methodology. Analytical research methods, requirements elicitation, application structuring using UML diagrams, and teaching software development methods. Results. An analysis of the needs of users of the learning application for young children was carried out, the requirements were collected and traced, and the program's application control structure and the static structure of the program were drawn up. The means for the implementation of the program were selected and described, and the implementation of the program was described. Originality. Requirements, structure, and approach to creating an application are based on the analysis of children's knowledge levels and needs. Practical value. Such software can be adapted for different knowledge levels and various topics unrelated to children's education.
Introduction. Today, the issue of administrative and legal status of foreigners is very important because our country needs clearer and more regulated legislation, which will not allow such phenomena as illegal migration, abuse of rights of foreigners in our country, non-compliance with duties, which leads to a violation of the law. In turn, the legislation must meet all requirements and not violate well-known human values and freedoms, so it is subject to change to improve the life of every person, regardless of his position in the state. Scientific research on foreigners and their legal and social status has been done by many researchers. Among them are such scientists as L. Voevodin, M. Inshin, T. Kirilova, M. Matuzov, M. Vitruk, O. Skakun, M. Mochulska., V. Marchenko, T. Drakokhrust, V. Zui, I. Boyko, et.al. The purpose of the paper is to study the administrative and legal status of foreigners in Ukraine, to compare Ukrainian legislation with the international standards, to analyze statistics and court practice on issues of foreigners, to analyze of scientific approaches to understanding the concept of “foreigner”. Results. With the proclamation of Ukraine as an independent state, the issue of the legal status of foreigners has become quite relevant and often studied among researchers. Certain gaps in the legislation create some problems of interaction between the country and foreigners, which can lead to restrictions on the inalienable rights and freedoms of foreigners. The paper analyzes the legal status of foreigners on the basis of research by scholars and legislation for a broader understanding. In addition, ways to solve problems are suggested in this work. The paper analyzes the case law as an example of how gaps in the legislation affect the process of expulsion or return of foreigners. Conclusions. After analyzing the current legislation on the rights and freedoms of foreigners and stateless persons, it can be stated that the rights and freedoms of foreigners and stateless citizens almost completely coincide with the rights and freedoms of citizens of Ukraine. Although foreigners are subject to individual restrictions on entry into Ukraine and the possibility of returning and forcibly expelling foreigners and stateless persons from Ukraine, such measures are used solely to protect the Ukrainian people and cannot be used unreasonably. It is important for every foreigner to be able to defend their rights and appeal to higher authorities in accordance with international standards. In practice, return and expulsion procedures are not always carried out effectively, which can lead to a significant delay in the procedure, which indicates that the implementation of these measures by special bodies is not yet perfect. Based on statistics and a review of current realities, we conclude that now is the right time to modernize the mechanisms for cooperation between special bodies and foreigners and give foreigners a wider range of rights before joining the EU and after Covid-19 time.
Problem. Information and communication technologies (ICTs) have become an integral part of modern society in the 21st century. The impact of these technologies on the development of humanity is ambiguous and assessed by experts from very positive to very negative often based on the same facts. The use of ICT in education is the subject of basic and practical research. Goal. The aim of the work is to analyze the requirements and develop a prototype curriculum for young children, which includes analysis of the task and the audiovisual component, development of the prototype at the level of the framework program, whose content may vary depending on the task. Methodology. The analytical methods of research were used for the development and application of training software. Results. The means for the implementation of a development application for young children were analyzed, taking into account the age characteristics of the perception of audiovisual content. The cognitive abilities of children of different age categories were analyzed. Based on the analysis of requirements, the architecture of the training application was developed and its prototype was implemented for working on mobile platforms. The set of IDEF0-diagrams for training applications for children from 2 up to 8–10 years of age was obtained. The prototype of training application was tested by a common task. Originality. All results were obtained based on the research of children’s learning problems. Practical value. The prototype of mobile software can be used for making specified applications not only for children.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
