This study aims to determine the description of financial literacy and financial management behavior, as well as the influence of financial literacy on financial management behavior of students at HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University, especially Economic Education Study Program. The population in this study were all students majoring in economics education, totaling 300 students, which was then determined as a sample of 75 students using random sampling technique. The data collection methods used in this research are as follows: 1) Questionnaire, 2) Observation, 3) Documentation Study. The prerequisite test in this study is the normality test of the data using the Kolmogrov-Smirnov Test. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The result of this study is that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on the financial behavior of students at the HKBP Nommensen University Pematang Siantar, especially the Economics Education Study Program. Furthermore, financial literacy contributes 41.4% to the financial behavior of students while another 58.6% is explained by other variables outside of this study
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Make A Match (MAM) pada materi sistem ekskresi. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar yang terdiri dari 3 kelas. Pengambilan sampel secara purposive sample, yaitu kelas XI IPA2 sebanyak 30 orang siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa tes tertulis berbentuk pilihan berganda. Sebelum soal diberikan kepada siswa, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, daya pembeda soal, dan tingkat kesukaran soal. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata siswa setelah mendapat pengajaran dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Make A Match (MAM) mengalami peningkatan nilai sebesar 47,01%, penguasaan siswa sebesar 77,44%, ketuntasan secara individu maupun klasikal sebesar 90%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diutarakan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Make A Match (MAM) pada materi sistem ekskresi dapat diterapkan dengan baik
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap perilaku keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi. Metode penelitian menggunakan random sampling pada pendekatan kuatitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Responden adalah 213 mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi di Universitas HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan dan lingkungan keluarga memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi dengan signifikan 0,000< 0,05 dan Fhitung 49,328 > Ftabel 2,64. Jadi H0 di tolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian, perilaku keuangan dapat ditingkatkan melalui literasi keuangan dan perilaku keuangan mahasiswa.
Meningkatnya harga sumber protein dan adanya ancaman ketahanan pakan ternak, tekanan lingkungan, dan meningkatnya permintaan protein di pasar menyebabkan harga protein berbasis hewan semakin mahal. Padahal pakan merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting dalam peternakan. Tujuan diadakannya pengabdian ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan pakan ternak larva lalat Black Soldier Fly (BSF) sebagai solusi untuk pakan ternak. Metode pelaksanaannya adalah dengan memperkenalkan lalat Black Soldier Fly (BSF), cara beternak lalat BSF, dan penggunaan maggot sebagai pakan ternak. Diadakan pula evaluasi untuk mengukur keberhasilan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat di Kelurahan Pardamean antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan tersebut. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi ini memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menekan biaya pembelian pakan ternak sekaligus mengurangi sampah organik yang dihasilkan rumah tangga.
