Thực tế cộng đồng là môn học giúp sinh viên (SV) tiếp cận cộng đồng, phát hiện các vấn đề sức khỏe, phát triển các kỹ năng mềm, từ đó hỗ trợ cho các công việc tương lai của SV. Nghiên cứu nhằm mục tiêu “Mô tả mong muốn và đề xuất của SV trường Đại học Y Hà Nội về học tập thực tế cộng đồng năm 2022”. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang kết hợp định lượng và định tính. Cỡ mẫu gồm 232 SV trả lời phiếu khảo sát và có 13 thảo luận nhóm được tiến hành. Kết quả: Nội dung tập huấn trước khi đi thực tế tại cộng đồng mong muốn nhiều nhất về “Cách lựa chọn vấn đề nghiên cứu” với 27,2%. SV mong muốn được học tại cơ sở thực địa là “Tìm hiểu về cộng đồng” 52,6%. Đề xuất về địa điểm thực tế có 48,3% SV muốn tự liên hệ thực tế cộng đồng, 31,0% muốn giữ nguyên như hiện tại và 20,7% mong muốn địa điểm thực địa gần Hà Nội. Phần lớn SV (69%) cho rằng thời gian học tập tại thực địa 1 tuần là phù hợp. Có 37,5% cho rằng phương tiện đi lại đã phù hợp và không có đề xuất gì thêm. Kết luận: Nghiên cứu cho thấy SV đánh giá đã đáp ứng được nhu cầu và mong muốn khi được áp dụng và thực hành các kiến thức đã học từ trên trường vào thực tế.
Môn học Thực hành cộng đồng là môn học bắt buộc tại Trường Đại học Y Hà Nội, được tổ chức trong 1-2 tuần tại địa phương. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 232 sinh viên tham gia học thực địa nhằm mô tả phản hồi của sinh viên về quá trình học tập thực địa tại Bình Lục - Hà Nam và một số yếu tố liên quan trong năm học 2021-2022. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy phản hồi của sinh viên về quá trình học thực địa rất tích cực, với điểm thông báo rõ ràng về chi phí thấp nhất là 3,09 và điểm hỗ trợ của giảng viên kiêm nhiệm cao nhất là 3,49. Về chương trình học thực địa, sinh viên đánh giá rất cao nội dung, phương pháp tổ chức và giảng dạy và truyền thông giáo dục sức khoẻ, giá trị trong phát triển nghề nghiệp (điểm trung bình từ 3,11 – 3,26). Có mối liên quan giữa khối của sinh viên và phản hồi tốt về quá trình học thực địa (OR = 0,58, 95%CI = 0,32 - 0,97). Tiếp tục thực hiện chương trình học thực tế cộng đồng theo cách tổ chức dạy học đã triển khai và cân nhắc điều chỉnh tốt hơn về điều kiện sinh hoạt.
