The addition of moringa leaf extract (Moringa oleifera Lamk.) preparation required to affect the physical stability of the preparation. The study aims to test the physical stability of gel preparations containing Moringa oleifera Lamk. Leaf extract at various concentrations (1%, 3% and 5%). gel formula physical stability test was carried out after storage for 14 days at room temperature and the cycling test (2o ± 40o C). The stability parameters are organoleptic, dispersion test, adhesion test, pH, viscosity, cycling test. The results of the three formulations showed that stability according to the requirements of the gel preparation. Gel preparation tested on observations of organoleptic, spreadability, adhesion, pH, viscosity, and cycling test results. Keyword: Gel, Moringa, Physical Stability
