This paper discusses the comparison of diverse project management methodologies being practiced by global organizations as per their nature, size, scope, environment, diversity and the type of projects. An analysis has been made on IT project management focusing quality and risk issues and management. The basic theme is how different companies manage their projects by comparing quality and risk, and to what extent they use similar methodologies. A further ado is the use of traditional methods and heuristics that is supported at governance and policy level.
In this work, we have experimentally reported Q-switched pulse generation by indium tin oxide as a saturable absorber. First the glass slide was placed in electron beam deposition chamber and indium tin oxide layer was coated over the glass slide. Then the indium tin oxide was exfoliated from the glass slide, over the fiber ferrules in erbium doped fiber laser cavity. The Q-switched laser operated at center wavelength of 1562.6 nm. The repetition rate and pulse width were obtained to be 48.31-64.52 kHz and 5.65-4.23 µs, respectively.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
