Penelitian pengembangan modul berbasis STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) pada pokok bahasanelektrokimia ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul berbasis STEM pada pokok bahasan elektrokimia kelas XII SMA/MA, mengetahui kevalidan modul berbasis STEM pada pokok bahasan elektrokimia berdasarkan aspek kelayakan isi, penyajian, bahasa, STEM serta kegrafisan, dan mengetahui respon pengguna terhadap produk modul berbasis STEM pada pokok bahasan elektrokimia. Prosedur pengembangan penelitian yang dikembangkan adalah model pengembangan ADDIE (Analisis, Perancangan, Pengembangan, Implementasi dan Evaluasi). Namun penelitian hanya dilakukan hingga tahap Pengembangan. Hasil dari pengembangan ini menunjukkan bahwa modul layak digunakan dengan baik dengan penilaian kelayakan modul oleh para ahli sebesar 90,64%. Untuk respon pengguna modul dapat digunakan dengan baik dengan skor sebesar (88,19% guru dan 94% peserta didik).]
This study has the results of applying for a quartet media game card in student learning outcomes about Hydrocarbons in the Class X MA Darel Pekanbaru. The teacher must understand the types of media available at the school because learning with media can make it easier for students to understand subjects that are often difficult to manifest in traditional learning. One of the media created for hydrocarbon lesson material is quartet card game media because hydrocarbons are one of the chemical learning materials. Chemistry is the science of nature and the nature of things that shape our environment and various changes. With the media quartet card game can help students’ motivation in learning so that it can improve student learning outcomes. This type of research is an experimental study with a randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study is all classes of Pekanbaru Darel X Learning which consist of 7 classes. The sample in this study was obtained after the normality and homogeneity tests, were classes X5 and X7. The experimental class was applied with quartet classes and traditional learning media and control card games. Data were analyzed using a significance level (α = 0.05) and dk = 44, based on data analysis and processing, obtained tcount> t table ie 2.82> 1.68, this means that media applications can improve student learning outcomes quartet learning card game results with the subject of Hydrocarbon in class X Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru. The influence of the media quartet applies card games for learning outcomes on hydrocarbons in class X MA Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru 15.3%. This study also shows that the use of quartet game cards can improve student learning outcomes.
The objective of this research is to develop instructional media assisted by computer which is valid, practical, and effective to instructional high school chemistry at Atomic Structure and Chemical Bonding subject. The method of this research is development research. The research is held for two years and consist of 4 stages, define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research in the first year is as far as the development stage. Research data were collected through assessment form filled by the validator. The result showed that instructional media assisted by computer which is developed for high school chemistry lesson at Atomic Structure and Chemical Bonding subject meeting the valid criteria in terms of content and construction.
This research aims to develop e-book based teaching materials for senior high school chemistry lesson at the subject of atomic structure. The research method used is research development. The research used Four D Model as a guide which is implemented in four stages are define, design, develop, and disseminate. This research is only up to the development stage. Research data were collected through assessment form filled by 4 validators, 2 material professional and 2 media professional. The result showed of the assessment provided by validators each aspect considered was a very good category. The conclusion shows develop e-book based teaching materials for senior high school chemistry lesson at the subject of atomic structure have the valid criteria in terms of content and construction.
Kompetensi yang dibutuhkan di era Industri 4.0 salah satunya adalah literasi digital. Literasi digital adalah kemampuan menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) untuk mendapatkan informasi dan memilahnya. Kemampuan TIK guru di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras Kabupaten Pelalawan sudah cukup baik. Indikasinya adalah sebagian besar guru telah bisa menggunakan media sosial yang diakses melalui smartphone dan netbook pribadi. Namun, kemampuan ini belum dimanfaatkan untuk menerapkan proses pembelajaran berbasis digital di kelas. Hal ini disebabkan guru masih memiliki keterbatasan menggunakan smartphone atau netbook sebagai media pembelajaran online. Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia Universitas Riau menawarkan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran digital berbasis Socrative untuk guru di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras sebagai sebagai salah satu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Guru antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan yang diadakan. Sebagian guru mampu menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis Socrative di kelas. Sedangkan sebagian lagi, tidak bisa menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis digital di kelas karena minimnya siswa yang mempunyai smartphone serta adanya peraturan sekolah yang tidak membolehkan siswa menggunakan smartphone di sekolah.
