Pertumbuhan Internet dan teknologi memungkinkan setiap orang mendapatkan setiap informasi secara praktis dan efisien. Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan atau biasa disebut BPJS Kesehatan merupakan Badan Hukum yang dibentuk untuk menyelenggarakan program jaminan sosial nasional dalam bidang kesehatan untuk seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Perkembangan pesat dalam variabel jumlah peserta terus ditunjukkan oleh BPJS kesehatan setelah 5 tahun beroperasi. Hal ini dapat tercapai karena tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat yang semakin tinggi terhadap layanannya. Indeks kepuasan peserta terus mengalami peningkatan dari 75% menjadi 78,6% pada tahun 2016. Seiring dengan peningkatan indeks kepuasan tersebut, pada tahun 2017 BPJS Kesehatan meluncurkan aplikasi Mobile JKN agar pesertanya dapat secara mudah melakukan pengunduhan data peserta BPJS. Teknologi ini perlu terus dievaluasi dengan metode evaluasi kegunaan untuk mengukur efisiensi, efektivitas, dan menilai kepuasan pengguna. Evaluasi kegunaan ini juga bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah usabilitas yang muncul dalam pecahan kecil system aplikasi mobile JKN. Metode usabilitas yang digunakan adalah Domain Specific Inspection. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai efisiensi sebesar >75% pada repetisi kelima. Atribut efektifitas bernilai 3,91 dari skala 5 dan atribut satisfaction bernilai 3,39. Abstract[Title: Usability Testing on BPJS Kesehatan Mobile JKN Application Using Domain Specific Inspection] The growth of Internet and related technology enables everyone to get every information needed in a practical and efficient manner. The Health Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) is a legal entity established to organize a national social program in the health sector for all Indonesian. Rapid development in number of participants continued to be shown by health BPJS after 5 years of the operation. This can be achieved due to public trust escalation. Participant satisfaction index continued to increase from 75% to 78.6% in 2016. Along with the increase in the satisfaction index, in 2017 BPJS Kesehatan launched the Mobile JKN application so that participants could easily download BPJS service and personal data. This technology needs to be continually evaluated using Usability Testing methods to measure efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction. This usability evaluation also aims to identify usability problems that arise in a minor fraction of the JKN mobile application system. Method used in this study is Domain Specific Inspection. The global pandemic of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) that hit Indonesia since March 2020 has changed the face-to-face system from offline to online. Video Conference (VC) becomes an alternative choice for delivering material, both learning and working. VC is a technology that allows users to hold face-to-face meetings at their respective places simultaneously. Various VC apps are becoming increasingly popular these days, such as Google Meet, Zoom, Youtube, Webex, Skype, GoTo Meeting, and Big Blue Button (BBB). This study is intended to provide a usability test of VC applications (such as Zoom, Google Meet, and BBB) and provide recommendations for VC as an online conference media based on user preferences. The usability measurement technique used is the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the USE questionnaire. The results of this study show that Zoom has the highest usability value compared to Google Meet and BBB, Google Meet is ranked second and BBB is ranked third.
Limited groundwater, especially during the dry season, poses a challenge for Kobango II Hamlet Bantul Regency residents to have sufficient clean water supply for their daily needs. Inadequate aquifer conditions and the inability to release enough water are reasons for clean water scarcity. Thus, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the rainwater harvesting (RWH) system for domestic water needs in the Kobango II Hamlet Bantul Regency. The method used in this research is conducting a survey, observation, quantitative analysis of secondary data using rainfall data and aquifer conditions and calculating RWH system requirements. The results obtained from this research demonstrated that the required diameter of the vertical gutter for the RWH system is 6.65 cm and the diameter of the gutter is 0.056 cm.
The website is one of the communication platforms used by a university to provide information, especially to students and generally to the public. In addition to increasing service satisfaction, improving the quality of the website is also one of the benchmarks for the quality of education in a university. Webometrics is one of the world-class university website ranking metrics. Webometrics has several metrics that can describe the quality of a website. The UPNVY MTI Department is one of the study programs at UPNVY, which is committed to participating in improving the university's webometrics ranking. To improve service quality and website ranking on webometrics, it is necessary to formulate a strategy to improve the website quality. This study conducts a SWOT analysis in order to design strategies that can be carried out to improve the quality of the MTI UPNVY website. The results showed that there were eight strategies that could be implemented. The most important strategy to be implemented is to establish a special team to manage the MTI UPNVY website on a regular and up-to-date.
PT X is a cement manufacturer company that experienced a loss of production caused by the high value of downtime. Based on downtime data, the raw mill machine appears to have the most significant value in machine downtime. This study aims to measure the raw mill machine's effectiveness in applying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The method used in this research is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). This method measures engine effectiveness and loss factor analysis using the Six Big Losses method, as well as finding the root cause through a five why and cause and effect diagram to give the most suitable recommendations. The result of this study found that the average OEE value in 2021 was below the international OEE standard of 85%, which is 72% and 67% for Raw Mill Plant 9 and Raw Mill Plant 10, respectively. The low performance of Raw Mill Plant 9 and Raw Mill Plant 10 machines is a consequence of breakdown losses and reduced speed losses that had happened. The root causes were a lack of training for mechanics and no stock control for spare parts. The recommendations are to improve training programs and facilities and create a spare parts inventory management system.
