Mots-clés : intention d'achat, produits régionaux, produits biologiques, produits biologiques régionaux, théorie du comportement planifié Purchase intent of regional organic products: an explratory study on the basis of the theory of planned behaviour Summary -According to certain recent investigations French consumers are increasingly sensitive to the regional and organic origin of their food purchases.
