This study aims to determine: The effect of which exercise is better, between precision training and arm strength training on the results of shooting shots at petanque athletes. This research is an experimental research in the form of one-group pretest-postest design design. The population and sample in this study were South Sulawesi athlete athletes with a total of 16 athletes, the technique of determining samples using saturated samples. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the strength treatment group trained by push up exercises significantly influenced the shooting results of South Sulawesi petanque athletes, the effect seen from the increase in results from the initial test to the final test was 19,147. (2) the treatment group trained by throwing bosi on the tires and throwing bosi with beam barriers had a significant effect on the shooting results of South Sulawesi petanque athletes, so that the effect of improvement was seen from the results of the initial test to the final test of 6.206. The conclusion of the study is that arm muscle strength training has a more significant effect on shooting throw compared to accuracy training, it can be seen from the magnitude of the increase in value obtained from the arm muscle strength experimental group. Futsal is a game that requires rapid transitions between offensive and defensive methods. The objective of this research is to build a futsal defensive strategy. This study employs a method of development using a model of development created by Brog and Goll. The development phase begins with problem analysis, followed by product design, validation of the designed model, product revision and testing, revision of product test findings, and the obtained model. The expected development is a model for developing futsal defensive strategies known as "BEYB" defensive strategies. The investigation was done at the State University of GOR Futsal FIK Makassar. Participants in this study were futsal players from the city of Makassar. The data collection method leveraged the development phase and administered a different test to up to 120 students. Based on the processed data, the results of this study conclude that there are 30 models of defensive tactics in Futsal, and after testing, that the tactical model produced is viable and effective for usage in Futsal
Petanque sports are games that prioritize very high shooting accuracy so that petanque sports are known as sports that have a high level of throwing accuracy. The purpose of this study was to develop a petanque sports shooting training model for beginners. This study uses a development research method from Borg and Gall. The research was conducted in the petanque field of South Sulawesi. The subjects in this study were South Sulawesi petanque athletes. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 21 software. Based on the data obtained, from the results of field trials and discussion of research results, it can be concluded that: through the validity test carried out using the expert justification test produced a product in the form of a Petanque shooting training model as many as 10 training models.
A sports competition is a measure of success for an athlete. However, factors affecting an athlete's success come from the athlete and all competition aspects, including referees. Referees need to have a good reputation before and after carrying out their role as court judges. A referee must have competencies, including refereeing skills, rules of the game/competition, physical condition, mental-psychological conditions (self-confidence, calm, consistency, the assertiveness of attitudes and actions, accuracy in weighing and deciding, high motivation, honest & sincere, socializing). Thus, this research aims to examine the effect of physical conditions, primarily components of endurance, eye-hand coordination, and self-confidence, as psychological aspects that strengthen the referee's performance. To achieve this research's objectives, a survey method was used using path analysis and measurement techniques in tests through standard performance evaluation of volleyball referees, confidence questionnaires, 12 minutes running fitness test, and eye-hand coordination. The population involved in this research was 335 referees who had regional and national diplomas. The sample of this research used the Slovin pattern with an error rate of 10%, so that the sample amounted to 77 volleyball referees in West Java. The conclusions of this research are (1) Endurance affects the performance of the referee by 42.9%, (2) Eye-hand coordination affects the performance of the referee by 39.6%, (3) Confidence affects the performance of the referee by 45.8%, (4) Endurance affects self-confidence by 51.2%, (5) Eye-hand coordination affects self-confidence by 40.8%.
